I've been a loyal customer for years and while I always commend the food, I'd like to send a shoutout to the hardworking ladies working at the front!I visited earlier this morning and it was still pretty busy. But the employees made sure to keep the display pastries fully stocked ad neatly arranged. And there were so many rude customers but the employees handled them with grace and hospitality. That shows true professionalism and I hope these ladies know that their earnest work is much appreciated!As for the food, I'm happy to say their kouign amann and tomato/eggplant galette are still divine! Their seasonal pastries are stunning, gorgeous, and a real treat to look at, and I love coming back to see their monthly offerings! But I'd have to say that the real champion of this visit were the classy employees! Keep up the great work!

The best bakery??There's always a line, but the taste is worth it every time.The almond croissant and canelé are the best in town with a perfect crispy exterior and moist interior.

Driving home I stopped at Balthazar & was warmly helped by VERONICA & SELENA two gals who clearly are an asset to the team!Truly amazing!PS the foods amazing as well!!!

They have a nice assortment of bread and pastries. We got fruit rum cake, croissants etc. They also have granola and honey. The cranberry pecan bread, sour dough bread, almond croissants and assorted cakes including those topped with pears and apples looked really good. They also have some savoury pastries topped with feta cheese, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.

Entering this bakery reminds me of a warm and cozy oven. The displays of the baked goods looked so satisfying and delicious. We tried the fruit danish and it was not too sweet!

Very affordable fresh baked goods and good ambience. The bakery is very clean and spacious. Breads are delicious and freeze well. We love the pretzel buns. Pastries are fine, not the best, but for the price, they are worth it.

This place is simply the best. Nothing else comes close. The bread(s) all varieties are excellent, I've tried them all. The pastries, buns, cakes, torts & tarts are divine and of a quality better than what I've had in france. No wonder the place is always jammed. The prices are reasonable for such a high quality.Parking is iffy and the best time is mid week morning, if you can, or online and pickup.Finally the staff are so friendly and accommodating.
