I go this this store to only get ice cream. Last night I went and the ice cream looked like soup! How dare they try to serve that! Clearly the freezer wasn't working or it was left out too long. People can get SICK ?! Now I'm wondering how many times did they re-freeze melted ice cream and serve it!? No managers were on duty for me to talk to. DISGUSTING!

The location is a combined Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. The employees are polite and speedy. The area tends to bring in polite customers too. They also sell ice cream cakes and prepackaged ice cream quarts if you don't want scoops.

This is an average Dunkin' Donuts location. I stopped in one morning on the way to the hospital. The parking lot is small, and can be difficult to get in and out of, that's the reason I'm only rating 3 stars. The service I received inside of the restaurant was average. In the future I may stop in if I am in the area again.

I really liked the location of this Dunkin. It has it's own parking lot, it's close to my house and,, I'm a dunkin fan in general. However, I experienced worst customer service and was very frustrated. As I was making an order, the cashier would constantly talk with the other co worker as if I wasn't there. I felt very disrespected. I ordered two drinks with one donut. No one told me the my drinks were ready, and my drinks were just left at the other side of the counter. I had to ask constantly whether those diners were mine and which one was americano and which one was lattte. Also, the color of the vanilla custard inside the Boston Kreme was white. I felt like the donut was adulterated in some way, but because I didnt want to talk with any of the staff members there, we just threw our donut away and left. It was very frustrating to encounter such incidences.

The staff and Mgmt/owners are rude and professional. My hubby ordered my bday cake a week in advance bit had to cancel it two days later. The lady (can't recall her name at the moment) on the phone said only she could do this (prob the mgr/owner) and he would have to come in to get the deposit refunded back to his card. Which is BS since she rang the deposit over the phone. My hubby calls back a day later to make sure she will be there when he arrives. Some other guy picked up and refused to pass the phone to the lady. My hubby explained the situation and the guy goes, only she can help with this. But she is only in until 2pm. Which doesn't work for my hubby because he works. Again my hubby asked to speak to the lady. The guy was rude and said. I have customers. She is busy and you are wasting our time. Really!!?? Well AMEX will take care of this for us. You can bet we won't be giving you future business!!
