Is it because I ordered 30 minutes before closing? It looks like they put some pre-fried chicken in it and mixed it with sauce. As soon as I placed the online order, I was told it would be ready in 4 minutes, but as expected... the texture was very different from before... the chicken was cold and tough... and I ordered it boneless, but there was also bone-in chicken mixed in. This is the first time I ate a few pieces and threw them away.

Ordered delivery as part of the free delivery promotion. However, each dish ordered was $2-3 more expensive than the regular price. The chicken had a thick batter that led to a mediocre taste.

I love Korean Fried Chicken and recently saw a YouTube video where someone tried this chain, so when I saw this location was open I pulled right into the parking lot! We ordered online and it was ready to be picked up about 10-15minutes later. We ordered three different flavors: honey garlic, galbi, and spicy galbi. I'm not the biggest fan of spice, so my favorite was the galbi, followed but the honey garlic. We also ordered the waffle fries which are battered, crunchy, and well seasoned! I didn't try the sides of radish that came with the meal, so I can't speak to those. I was happy with the meal! All the wings had good flavor and great crunch! If you are curious I recommend giving it a try!

I wasn't expecting to be just a take out place with no tables, but that is on me. However the Soy Garlic and Spicy boneless chicken were not very good. It didn't look anything like the photos and is more batter than chicken. My kids didn't want to finish it. My son usually loves pickled radish side dish BUT didn't want to eat the one they served.

They do not accept phone order. The guy told me come to the store, order from kiosk then wait 45 min for pick up..... Don't want to pay Grubhub commission fee for delivery.....And it's very pricey, expensive wings plus Grubhub fee.
