They do not pay attention to order details and they are stingy with sauce on the pizza—they practically put none just bread and cheese. Bad service.

It was ok. I ordered through uber eats. I suggest u go on there website and order and pick up. Save money?. I got the Philly cheese steak pizza. A lot of mushrooms not enough meat. But I enjoyed it. Especially with ketchup on it.

The Domino's on palisades ave in Englewood reminded me of why I stopped going to this place. The only good thing I can say is the delivery shows up in decent time..other than that, the quality has been average to terrible. The last pie I ordered a pie with garlic sauce and extra cheese..it was so shallow with toppings and sauce, I could see the bread. I ordered some chicken bites that were cold on the inside with melted cheese on the outside. There have been times when the food looked like it was prepared the day before. I'm a patient person who tries to work with the businesses I spend money with so please believe, if I took the time to write this review, the service has been way past sh*tty.

I just got a 2-topping pizza (beef and mushroom) from this location. I picked it up and came home to find out that they only put in beef and no mushroom.I called the location and complained that there was only beef here. The person who answered the call said, "yea, we ran out of mushroom. I am sorry for what happened."He didn't sound sorry AT ALL. He sounded more like "I don't even care what you are saying."They never contacted me that they were not going to put in a topping.I was just shocked and hung up.Crazy business.

Somehow I got scammed from this location. I live in Kentucky, never even been to NJ before, but got online on my account and found that my rewards for a free pizza were used (found this after getting an email saying my pizza was ready, and I hadn't ordered anything). Turns out it was from this location, I called and notified them, and they said they'd take care of it. Now over a week later and my points have not been returned. Based on the info surrounding the situation it seems like it was probably a scam done from that store. Domino's of Englewood NJ and Domino's corporate were of no help. I won't be using my app or account now because I'm not sure how they hacked my account, and therefore don't trust it.

Their delivery driver Abdhil/Abdhul however you spell it is so rude he threw my food on the steps of my apartment because he wasn’t happy with the tip and gave me dirty look. I tipped 18% what’s wrong him! I went to the door after he rung the doorbell and my food was already on the floor. You’re lucky my food didn’t fall out of the floor! Don’t order from here so rude!

The manager/owner is a narcissistic, terrible dude, disrespectful, acts like a thug, and will give you a very bad attitude for something as simple as using the bathroom. Don’t go here. Go to Crispy Crust instead.
The manage there is very nice and cares about customers. He took care of us and cared about all complaints. Nice guy.

I've gotten a few orders wrong there that I let slip by. This time, I had an order that was half baked and asked to speak with a manager. I was given a fictitious name and told to call back at a later date, only to find that there was no person by that name who works there….and apparently no history of my ever having placed an order there previously. It was clearly not their first time having lied to customers. Seemed to be employed by mostly teens whenever I visited, so they may not necessarily care about the job or delivering good service to the end-user.

Ordered about a month ago, two pizzas, cinnamon twists, and a 2 liter.Delivered the food, no 2 liter.Pizza dough was basically raw in one of them. I called, manager said that there was a free large 4 topping pizza under my phone number now, apologized and was very kind. Called them today to take them up on the offer, nothing listed in my account, no free pizza.So now I’ve paid for a 2 liter I didn’t get and a pizza I threw away.Stay far away.
