I'm a meat eater yet I find myself driving 25 minutes to go back to Fat Choy. I could eat that cucumber salad every day! You'll never look at cauliflower the same way after trying their general Tso cauliflower. All of the noodles are great. And now they have lunch specials?? 18 bucks, salad, general tso cauliflower w rice, and a boylans fountain soda. I will definitely be back.
Wow!! I’ve been here 3 times so far, and it is AMAZING!! I’m so happy to find a vegan restaurant near me that actually understands vegans don’t just eat grass. The General Lee’s cauliflower is amazing and it’s even better when served in the bao buns. The “not quite beef and broccoli” is served in the most delicious sauce, if you go, you have to get it. Great food and cute dining area, our server with the tattoos was sweet and attentive. When my friend didn’t like a certain dish they had no problem swapping it out with another noodle dish they recomendad and it was DELICIOUS. Great place and would recommend to all my vegan friends and family <3
