Years ago I had nothing bad to say about this place. After the change in ownership, this place has tanked completely.ALMOST EVERY TIME: The bagels are stale AND/OR my order is wrong. (And I’m not a complicated order guy) -Also, watch as they ring you up. You will be charged for every under the sun that involves your order. Sometimes even things you didn’t ask for.Pros: they’re pretty quick with your order (which can explain why they get it wrong often) plenty of drink options - almost most I’ve ever seen at a bagel shop. They also have pretty good hours. The only place I know around here where you can still get an egg bagel after noon.

Their bagels are large and fresh! They have vegan bran muffins but don’t advertise them as such (I enquired) which are too made in the store. The people who work there are very very nice. My only issue is there can be long lines and you have to wait longer than expected to get service, sometimes, but especially in the morning. It is an “old school” bagel shop so ambiance is not a strength but it is very clean! The prices are reasonable. Definitely the best bagel place in that area of Bergen County.Vegetarian options: They have bagels, juice, coffee (sometimes they have almond milk), fruit salads and sometimes they have bananas. All other items are processed like potato chips.

When I opened up my bagel to eat, it looked massive and soft so I was excited to try it. First off there is barely any flavor, I got an everything bagel and it basically looks and tastes like a plain bagel. Secondly, I had to chew the bagel for so long that my jaw hurt. Not sure if I have high expectations because I'm from NY or if it was a bad day for them but it was not what I was expecting at all. I was very disappointed with my bagel.

Stopped by for the first time to get some bagels. As you can see from my photo, they are real bagels, not bagel shaped bread, and a very healthy size as well! Bagels are a bit on the pale side, I don't know if this is a one-time thing or typical, but nothing a quick pop in the toaster oven at home couldn't fix! Plenty of tasty looking food in the cases too! Young woman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

I ordered here twice, the first time my turkey bacon egged cheese on a bagel was burnt and dry. I ordered here earlier in the week to try them again and my hash browns were greasy and burnt and my turkey bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was disappointing because of the lack of ingredients inside and they gave me sausage rather than turkey bacon. Speedy service but not so tasty food.
They just stop caring about people’s food! The 5th time I have gotten the wrong order or something missing, food cold and under cooked, and I was overcharged. They walk off before I finish ordering. I am wishing you guys would do better with customer service!

The bagels here are amazing!! I'm from out of town and whenever I come to visit friends here, I always make sure to stock up on bagels. The everything bagel is my favorite and super fresh. Love that they're homemade. The best and their prices are super reasonable!
