11-20-23 went to this location on my break and I didn't sip on my drink until I had gotten back to work (wrong move) . Realized the taste was off and sure enough this did not look like how any past iced green tea orders have EVER looked like. Tasted rotten so I called corporate. Said they'd call me in 1-2 days no call. Called a few days after the fact (maybe a week actually) and they said the same thing, I'll get a call in 1-2 days. Still nothing and honestly just here to warn anyone who comes here because who serves this??? How does one take a look and find nothing wrong. No help from corporate either.

Very nice people and Mary service in this store. I would recommend people go there. can everyone is so nice in their talk to you nicely and the drive-through so fast.

If I could give them zero stars I would . Whoever the owner is needs to be aware of who works for them. I called the first time they answered and hung up without even saying hello. The second time time I called all I asked for was what cakes they had in stock that were premade, the rude female that answered said come find out yourself and hung up.she didn’t even give me a chance to respond. That’s insane .

on two different visits, female worker with long finger nails was handling money (without gloves), then began to prepare my iced drink. without washing hands after handling money, worker would grab the plastic cup with her index finger inside the cup and thumb on the outside of the cup. not sanitary.

This place needs to work on their customer service because they are rude, incompetent, unprofessional. Especially the old lady by the window. As for the order, I've never got what I ordered and when I correct them they getting rude

I arrived at the drive thru at 6:25pm. Drive thru display was still on. No one answered. I drove up to the window and saw all the lights on (tv, etc). Walked up to the door and it was locked. Hours on the door said they close at 7. Not cool.

I placed my order for pick up and the store closed 15 minutes early so I couldn't get it!! It was 5 mins in between when I ordered and when they locked the doors and now I'm out $15.

This Dunkin is literally the worst. Do they purposely hire miserable teenagers? I walked in there when it was dead & nobody acknowledged my presence they just went about their business like I wasn't standing there for a whole 5 minutes. They don't give you any sort of polite moments. No thank yous, no have a good day, NOTHING. And they both seemed like I was a burden. Never again. I will go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin next time.

They want to charge me $2 more for a cake than for what was marked down on the box, And They have the audacity to tell me that the price just increase and the cake have been sitting on the self for a while. Terrible service and I won’t come back there again. This kids don’t know how to service their customers.

The staff is impolite and ignorant. I walked in and they seemed to be busy then I realized one of them was on their phone and the other two were cleaning. I was waiting a while to order since I didn't want to interrupt them then one of them turned around I said excuse me then she looked me up and down and continued doing what she was doing before. After, I ordered she threw the donuts on the counter. It took them a while to make two small drinks and they didn't even make it right. Also there was no one at the drive thru and they were no other customers. I find this completely unacceptable there was no reason for the staff to be rude and to take too long.

incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because my requested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me the wrong item and then no refund????I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY!

Such rude staff. I've tried this location a few times bc it is close to home, but never again. They make you feel like you're interrupting or bothering them and I have never once had a greeting or a thank you returned from staff. Customer service matters!

My son just went there at 7pm and they would not sell him scooped ice cream. They told him he had to buy pints or a cake. Mind you they close at 8pm. I don't understand this, are they serious. I'm definitely contacting management.
