Mollys Public House is a quirky little bar and restaurant with live music that's located within a liquor store. I found myself here, because a friend's band was playing here on a Saturday night. The service and bartenders are all very friendly and most of the people there are regulars. Only regulars would even know about Molly's being inside the liquor store. They have an extensive food menu. However, all the food comes from Big Bobs Philly Cheesesteak, located next door. They also have a pizza menus, which comes from a different restaurant. The food we had was fairly average. I ordered the Chicken Cutlet ala Rachel. My chicken sandwich was all bread and very little chicken. My husband had the hamburger and thought it was OK. The sandwiches are on the pricey side considering they only come with a small side of coleslaw. I would say people don't come here for the food. It's the beers and live music that most likely bring people back.

What a great place!When you turn a liquor store into a bar, restaurant, live entertainment place this should be the model! Absolutely outstanding place to go. Have a good time in the most unsuspecting way.You’ll think you’re going into a liquor store, and it turns out just to be this great fun place with live music(one night a week they had karaoke) and just a great selection of food from the surrounding restaurants brought into you in a different group providing entertainment every night.Just an unsuspecting surprise.Highly recommended !!!Services is a little slow because the place is packed and seems to always be popular!A liquor store and an absolutely incredible selection of top shelf liquors surrounding this fun place on its walls …….You’re in for a total surprise and a lot of fun !!!!!PS look for the liquor store not Molly’s Public House !!!

Very knowledgeable, a lot of great recommendations that he guided me and narrowed down for me to try out.

True rating 4 1/2 stars. This place is tucked away in a strip mall. It is a combination liquor store and bar. About 25 beers on tap and an extensive wine list. The only drawback is the bar is small (seats about 9). There was a nice seasonal cocktail menu. I had a s'mores old fashion and wifey had a white martini. Both were delicious! We split a rib eye quesadilla and fried that were well prepared. A nice food menu and great live entertainment rounded out a nice night. We'll be back!
Great unknown place to relax, eat good food with a million beers and drinks. Bartender was super nice and very accommodating. 1/2 price food during football games. Lots of TV"s...Will def go

Quite a selection for a smaller place, both at tge bar, and the package goods. Found Rob to be a very accomplished bartender, and Travis is the guy to go to for an amazing knowledge of the wine and liquor world.

We were headed to Monmouth Battlefield State Park and stopped in here after a quick Google search. It was fantastic! Great beer selection (although a little light on IPAs imho) with some rare ones including Foam Brewers (VT). We had a cheesesteak and some chili cheese fries as well as some drinks. Staff was great. They had the football games on (it was a Sunday) and they had a nice little you pick'em NFL Challenge which was free to play. We will go back for sure even though it is out of our way.
