There are not enough people working here, so the service is always slow. They opened up the drive through but don't seem to have an efficient system in processing mobile orders, drive through orders, and in store orders.

Starbucks is my go-to for coffee, and this location is great! My drink is consistently perfect, the staff is friendly, and as a realtor who frequents many locations, this one stands out as my favorite. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality coffee and great service.

Let me tell you, this place and everyone who works in this location is AMAZING! I recently went one morning and was ordering my drink when my car decided to break down... I couldn't move and there was a whole line behind me. Not once, did they hesitate to send workers out to PUSH my car to a parking spot. Not only did they continue to help me jump my car, they gave me my drink for free and reassured me we all have those bad days.. Not a great start to my day, but they genuinely did make it a turn around! I was scatter brained, so i wish i got everyone's name who helped me, but they are all so genuine and nice!!!

Let me just start by saying this is actually a very nice cozy starbucks and the atmosphere is cute! To bad, the service is terrible and for that reason I would never go back. Girl at the register was beyond nasty. I go in there during the afternoon as it's completely empty nobody on line. I'm looking through the food display deciding what I would like to get and the girl at the register asked me if I was going to order so I said yes I am but I wasn't ready at the moment. As soon as I said that she made it so obvious she was annoyed I could see it in her face. However that's not the worst part, she mumbled under her breath " well I'm not going to stand around waiting for you " Disgusting. Who says things like that especially in a place of work where you provide customer service all day long. It's funny because there wasn't a single person in there I could understand maybe if it was busy but it wasn't. I'm not the first one to complain about this girl either. My sister said last time she was there she was nasty also telling her she had to be patient waiting for her order since they were backed up. If she doesn't want to give people good customer service clearly she's working in the wrong field.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. The employees all know how to make a great latte. Too many times, I have found the "baristas" give me a cappuccino instead of a latte. It's not that hard and as baristas for a coffee shop or cafe, they should know. I have come here on several occasions and each time, their lattes were consistent and perfect. However, on my last trip, both my Hubby and I noticed it their cups were a little fragile and my cup's lid was very poorly covered. I tried to snap on the cover but it was still a tad loose. I lifted both our covers and noticed the rims were a dented. Had I not been more careful, the entire cup of latte would be on me instead of inside the cup. While seated, I noticed one of the employees was going around pushing all the chairs in and making it look nicer. However, they failed to whip down the tables. Crumps were on the tables along with occasional napkins. That being said, it wasn't extremely busy so I was disappointed by that important oversight. There are plenty of seats inside and a few outside tables weather permitting. The parking is shared by the mini-mall complex. Hopefully, the manager(s) will read this correct some of the blemishes. Overall, this is a very good coffee/tea place.

One of the better Starbuck's in the area. Opened mid 2023 and still newish so it's still clean. Ordered on the mobile-app was a Nitro Cold-brew topped with Sweet Vanilla Cream. From the tap, nitrogen is infused into their signature Cold-brew resulting in a frothy, velvety smooth, subtle sweet cold-brew with cascading microbubbles. Topped with sweet vanilla cream makes for a extra creamy caffeine boosted beverage treat. The beverage was properly crafted and time from "order to ready" was a scant few minutes. I'm adding this location to my coffee routine.

I guess it's new and they need to work some of the kinks out but they served my friend literally a cup of foam that felt like it was empty when he picked it up. To their subsequent credit they corrected the issue. Additionally, our wait for our order seemed extraordinarily long. Nice space. Parking lot set up was not particularly convenient.

Coming for my morning hot latte, and was greeted by Dom. And without me speaking first, Dom knew what I wanted. The latte came out perfectly. My day gets started :) To update my review, as I realized something this time: A tall hot latte is $3.98 at this location. Comparing the Starbucks next to Lowe's on the other side of route 9, they charges $4.45 for a tall hot latte. So far I only realize this item has price discrepancy, and to call out for other latte lovers neighbors :)

The drinks and muffin are standard Starbucks (that's a good thing). Service is friendly and quick. New location here is pretty on the inside. Seems like a good workspace. There is a Starbucks nearby but I prefer this one since the space is larger.
