We decided to do take out. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. We ordered the Lasagna ($19.99). Oven-baked pasta layered with authentic Bolognese meat sauce, ricotta & mozzarella and Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiatta ($25.99). My former student & I had dinner at Bros . We could not have had a better experience ! I had a great encounter meeting the manager/Chef ! I wanted the eggplant that was so delicious on the appetizer menu that I wanted it for my entree ! Out comes the chef, Shannon ! We had Andrew who was amazing. My husband drinks a lot & he was never lacking for ice tea. Most places you have a hard time keeping track of the server. Food was on time & he was extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back & request him.
