Being a pizza chain, dominos never fails to provide customers with quality pizza at the right price. I usually order dominos late night when I don’t feel like cooking after work and it shows up at my door really fast, nice and hot, and a pleasant greeting from the delivery driver. While dominos isn’t my all time favorite pizza, I sure do order it often. Great coupons, discounts, specials.

What I really loved about this delivery is that Helen was quick and she had a smile on her face and awesome personality and to speak to. She is wonderful, she even had amazing patience with my son, while he grabbed the money from me. She also explained that the boxes were hot and to be careful which was very caring! That is a keeper!

Customer service was the worst. When hiring young adults maybe they should do training how to speak to customers On the phone and not hang up on them very rude. The reason why I gave it a 3 star rating spoke to management. He was very understanding. And he resolved the issue. Thank you management
This place is always hit or miss. They rarely bring your order to carside in time. They aren't consistent in their quality of food. Some employees have been extremely rude and or passive aggressive at times. Not all. 4 of the 7 last times I've ordered, my order has been wrong. Today I requested a full refund for my order and let them know it wasn't personal, I'm just upset as pizza is a Sunday tradition in my family and it's disappointing. The manager on duty was nice and accommodating, however I was told they were under new management and "all the bad people are gone now" which further confirms everyone's negative experiences previously. I let them know i won't be ordering from them again after 12 years. There was no retention or value expressed in their customer. I was sent off with a "well I already told you were under new manager but you don't have to order from us again and I already refunded you. Have a good night" (click).

Absolutely worst delivery/ordering experience I have ever encountered from any establishment. Almost 2.5 hours and still no food. I've been rudly put on hold by multiple people without being given a chance to respond. I've been disconnected and had to call back multiple times. The 1 time I was able to speak with someone was an hour after the order was made and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Looking at double that time frame now. If I could post this review with 0 stars i would. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

I got a pizza today with both sides pepperoni and one side add mushrooms. When we got home we realized it was wrong despite the long wait. I called and asked them if they could remake it. The girl on the phone said 10 minutes. I went 10 minutes later and the girl hadn't even started to make the pizza yet and forgot the order. I waited another 10 minutes and as I was walking away I checked to see if it was messed up again. Lo and behold... It was wrong again. They added olives to the pizza. I did not even want to bother anymore with the imbeciles working. I hope they get disciplinary actions because these things should not and will not be tolerated in a real professional job. To those that "helped me today"... Seek help..

Kristina one of the managers really makes this location shine when I called about the pizza taking a bit long she both refunded me and gave me and gave me a free pizza for next time she was so sweet about everything and I know those new trainees will give the same service that she said she had been training and the food was delicious
