I ordered two medium iced coffees with less ice. They charged me 50 cents extra per coffee. First time that’s ever happened to me, I will not be returning to this dunkin ever again.You fill up the entire cup with ice, so by me asking for less ice, it feels like I’m actually getting what I paid for. But your franchise is so stingy, cheap, and frugal that you, as an $8 billion dollar company, find the need to charge me an extra $1 for less ice? Unbelievable.

This particular one is always, always understaffed and during peak times there is a long wait.Wheelchair accessibility: Restricted mobility is not provided. Entrance in a wheelchair through the two door entrance would be challenging at best, especially without assistance.

Most times 2:30 PM visit not well stocked. Today my app order had everything I ordered no substitutes. Ready time I requested. No drive through pick up walk in. Dine in.
Kudos to the spacious and clean Dunkin. The cashier had a smile that lit up the place. I had a red chicken wrap, and although it did not look like the original picture, it was delicious. The donuts were soft and fresh. Keep up the great work.Namaste

The donuts are always decorated and there is a lot of room in the lounge to conduct business meetings and also get work done. I've used this location for business and leisure. Its one of my favorite Dunkin's to visit

Gulu and staff are top notch people who takes care of all their customers with dignity and respect. Gulu always serves fresh food and beverages to all his guests. Gulu will go out of his way for any guest to accommodate their needs. My wife and I are very pleased and happy with the service we receive each day we come to visit. This is my Dunkin, I live about 2 minutes from the store, I usually order from the app before I leave the house and by the time I get there they my drinks are waiting for me. If I ever order from the counter they are always so friendly and quick. I have ordered from a few other Dunkins in the area becuase they had a drive thru or because this one was close and they are always a let down. From now I I will stick to this one.
