The donuts were tiny and not very fresh. The glaze was limited. One coffee order was incorrect.The ladies room didn't have any toilet paper. I informed then and one guy said he would get it. He ignored me and continued to handle drive up. After waiting a while I went to the men's room, yuk. Besides being dirty there was a cockroach crawling across the floor.

they have good food but they continue to mess up an iced chai latte by putting coffee in it?? they're super nice people but personally i'm done having my order messed up. been going here for months, but there's a 50/50 chance my drink will be messed up.

I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin every Thursday for about 8 months now to get 2 dozen donuts for my meeting for work and being disabled veteran I request a military discount and they have always been polite and give me the discount and I know most of the employees there, how ever this morning I had an encounter with the store manager and he refused to give me a discount and told me that this location has never done it before to which I offer to show him my credit card statement only because at this point he was accusing me of lying and he denied and I said that’s fine I will go to the one down the street and he was extremely ignorant and rude and unfortunately I will just not be returning to this location as the disrespect and hostility the manager showed has just lost my business

terrible… the person who took our order was extremely rude, got our order wrong didn’t even read it back to make sure it was correct, and bacon is completely undercooked… will never go back giving a heads up to everyone. if i could give negative starts i would do not recommend going there
