This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my 43 years of life. The employees are rude, ignorant and completely disrespectful. I order online (because it is within walking distance of my business) and when I go to pick up my food, they don’t have anything. Ever. They never have anything that Dunkin sells. The place is dirty, and dingy. Just go across the street to starbucks or to the Dunkin down a bit in front of Planet Fitness.

EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED. No one works at the front. They get aggravated when you call them over to wait on you. They close early before they're supposed to. They have half the donuts they should. They don't make frozen coffee past a certain time. PURE LAZINESS from the top down. Whoever is overseeing operations here is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They are lazy and incompetent and RUDE. They fired the workers who were high as a kite and honestly, I want them back over who is currently working here. Give your money to another Dunkin - or better, Starbucks. The coffee's better anyway.

The tv was falling off of the wall and it was very dirty and unsanitary. They didn’t give me what I ordered and they were very rude!!!!!!

I go to this Dunkin frequently since it is right around the corner from where I am. The man in the drive thru is always so happy and friendly! The service is somewhat slow when there are cars in line, but overall no more than 5 minutes. The coffee cake muffin today had good flavor but tasted slightly stale. The ice coffee was great, but they could have added in less sugar.

Staff is very friendly but 1/2 the time I can't get my Matcha and drive away empty handed. Is it either "locked in the manager's office" or they're just out of it??!? At this point, I'm starting to just drive across the street to Starbucks.
I have visited this one for years Todays experience was the worst. They didn't understand I wanted store address. Had coupon on phone did not take . 6brownie battered and an apple crumb over $9.

Cashier couldn’t help me add a coupon for a free sandwich with a drink purchase, rushed me, and couldn’t void my order because there was no manager on duty. I wanted to drive away to find out how I could use the coupon from the app a because I couldn’t really afford to pay for the sandwich without it, but it seemed like I would be completely screwing the team over and everyone behind me because there was no other apparent way to get my order off the screen than to buy the meal and again I was being rushed so I just bought it. The cashier did her best but maybe management could have better prepared for employees needing overrides? I wouldn’t really recommend this location :/

We came early evening on MLK holiday so they were out of donuts, but our iced and hot coffees were perfect and cold drinks. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. Chill ambience but it's smaller than other dine in spots but clean!

Placed a pick up order of an iced coffee & mini stuffed bagels 40 mins before closing. I get there & I’m told they’ve shut down the ovens so I should “try to get a refund on the app.” I couldn’t figure out how & had to go to work. Glad I was able to donate some money to Dunkin Donuts ? why am I able to order food on the app that can’t be prepared??
