If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered a small tray of chicken Florentine and it says serving for 5. When I picked up the order, it was literally 5 small pieces of chicken drenched in sauce for $38. Usually when they say serving for 5, it’s a tray that’s FILLED up and it will be enough for 5. I asked for no raisins in the salad because someone I was giving the food to in the office is allergic to it and what do you know, they added raisins in the salad. When I called the restaurant to see what they can do, they were actually mad at me for complaining and weren’t willing to do anything for me. Also, one of the employees wasn’t even wearing a mask. You would think during Covid times, restaurants would be more grateful for business and their customers, but not this one. I will never ever come back here again. Awful service, they don’t care about Covid, super small portions, and way too expensive

We always order from Marcellos. We took a break ordering during the beginning of COVID. Last night we attempted to order. We called in to order a pizza, aracini, cheese fries, and a panini. Younger guy answered the phone. I simply asked to have pesto vs ranch on a panini as my daughter is allergic to mayonnaise so she can't have the ranch that is originally in it. He kept saying "hmmm hold on" and then said no they cannot make substitutions. We used to order this all the time. So I asked if he can put it on the side and we'd just throw him the cost or 3$ or whatever for a small think if pesto. He told me he cannot because there's no button. So I then asked him if he could give us the tomato pesto cheese panini and maybe add a piece of grilled chicken. Denied. So I asked to speak with a manager as it's due to allergy and we used to order all the time. HE STRAIGHT UP SAID NO! I don't know who they have in there now helping, but they just lost our business last night and probably moving forward. I wasn't asking for a substitution I was asking to pay for the item! Train your people how to use the POS system and accommodate your long time customers!!! SUCH ASHAME because it took us 4 years into living in mt Laurel to find a great pizza place and we thought we found it.

I moved to Marlton couple months ago and pizza it’s definitely my favorite food.I ordered from Marcello’s few times since I moved and feels like I must to give this people feedback.As a pizza lover, I can tell that the dough, cheese, the sauce made by the best materials. Always crispy and delicious.One time I picked up and must to mention how clean the place, like a pharmacy.Highly recommended!

The best pizza that I can remember: We ordered a white pizza with tomato and spinach and a plain with half pepperoni and had it delivered to our work-site over on Abington Rd. All the guys said the same, best pizza ever.

We've never eaten at this establishment before. We ordered takeout, your run of the mill grilled chicken Caesar wrap and half portion chicken parm. the wrap was not good. In some bites the chicken was extremely chewy you couldn't eat it, literally had to spit it out into my napkin. Took a few bites and couldn't eat the wrap, the wrap came with plain ruffles chips. That was the best part of the meal. The chicken parm redeemed me from giving 1 star to giving 3 stars. The breading on the chicken was good, it had a nice crisp to it and the pasta was cooked well. The sauce could use more flavor but overall it wasn't that bad. Our order came I'm with 1very small piece of bread and a side salad. Probably will never order from here again due to the inconsistency.
First time ordering here, the dude who took my order was very nice and accommodating. Asked for it well done (more burnt). Brought out the pizzas for us, and asked if it’s not well done enough this time let them know. Pizza was fantastic. Will be back soon ?

Very poor service. Ordered a half pepperoni pizza. When I received the pizza it was on the ground in front of my house in the rain. The driver called to say “your pizza is here” and immediately hung up on me. The worst part is the cheese wasn’t even on the pizza! It was on the side of the box and there were about 5 pieces of pepperoni scattered throughout the pizza. It was clearly a result of CARELESS cooks and drivers whom I very much regret tipping. It’s a shame because it would have been very tasty if it were made like a proper pizza should be. Definitely NOT worth the money spent.

My husband and I took our boys ( 6 and 9) there the other night with a Groupon. (Funds are low y'all ) but we wanted an evening out. Under new ownership, and not a fancy place- basic Italian American sort of fare, but spotlessly clean dining room, and the food was very, very good! BYOB and nice to go somewhere and not have to worry about kids being kids disturbing other diners. Staff was super pleasant and accommodating. Also, portions were large, so we had leftovers the next night for dinner. Give it a try!
