I was in the neighborhood for an appointment looking for somewhere to get a cheesesteak and i found this little gem. The sandwich was amazing! The service was quick and friendly. I live 30 minutes away but will definitely make the trip back . It was worth it for sure.

This place has the potential to be a 5 star review, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. But the wait time is the down side we waited 1 hour for 2 steak sandwiches that’s absurd.
I recommend this please their food is so delicious fresh and the people are polite and friendly I will be ordering here again !

Called in my order at 5:00pm on a Saturday and was told it would be 35-40 minutes. Arrived at 5:45 and waited in the restaurant until 6:15 for my food. When I arrived home, half the food was cold and the other half was undercooked. I get that they were probably busier than expected, but if you know you made a customer (who was not DoorDash) wait 30 minutes longer than expected, throw in some free garlic knots or something for the inconvenience. A simple gesture like that would have brought me back because it at least shows you acknowledge the poor service. Sorry just didn’t cut it.

First off let me start this review by stating I only write positive reviews and I work in an industry where negative reviews can really discourage the owner. But this is justified.I have been seeing Peppinos on Facebook and IG for quite some time so decided to give a small family owned business a chance. I ordered a chopped salad turkey sandwich. The total was about $40. My husband drove 20 mins from our home to pick it up for us. When he arrived home I opened up the bag and noticed my chopped salad didn’t have all the ingredients listed on the menu. I then opened my turkey sandwich and noticed the same, it didn’t have all the ingredients listed on the menu. I called Peppinos and spoke to the owner Hank. At first he was disagreeing with me on certain ingredients in the items and after I corrected him he realized he was wrong. He then put me on hold and starting asking kitchen staff who made my food . I could hear it all! Is this necessary to do while I am on hold? He then came back on the phone and said he would give me 20% off my next visit. 20% ??? Are you kidding ?? How about $20 off my next visit?? I will not be coming back to this establishment for the 20% off and they have lost my business for good with the way he handled the mistake.
