Went with my mom and sister for an early Mother’s Day celebration. The service was pretty slow. The food wasn’t too bad when we ate it, but afterwards going home, my mom and I had gotten really sick and my sister had stomach issues. Either they didn’t cook the food well enough or they don’t sanitize their tableware the way they should. It’s upsetting because we were excited to try this place out but we left with a horrible experience.

Everything about this place was so cozy, the pastries just had the right amount of sweetness and the sandwiches, katsu chicken, had the right amount of crispiness and the sauce went great with it. But, confused if they accepted tips so I just gave one of the waiters the tip!

I have been here quite a few times and highly recommend to anyone who loves tea! They have a lovely loose leaf hot tea menu, along with milk teas and more, and the plate wear is so cute. The food is really good and the desserts are even better! The staff are so nice and every experience is always pleasant.

Wonderfully prepared and served selection of teas and food items. Sweet staff, very patient and eager to give a good experience though it required adjusting the menu's offerings.Vegetarian options: Menu was pretty explicit on ingredients and waitress was very adept at providing information and options.Parking: It was pouring rain so we were lucky to arrive before the crowds. In a small srip mall, so parking is shared with surrounding stores.

Super cute spot, great place for ladies brunch. We have to go back to try all of the desert and tea options! So many to choose from. I had wings, skimpy on the sauce, only had buffalo and hot

The ambience is beautiful but the food isn't really all that. I sent back the mango cake because of how inedible it was

I am literally on cloud 9 after enjoying a beautiful and delicious afternoon tea for two at Prince Tea House! My sister brought me here for my birthday. This was my first ever high tea experience and I was not disappointed! The food, the ambiance, the service, the cleanliness and the overall experience was of the finest quality! EVERYTHING was delicious, fresh and you could tell it was made to order! Nothing frozen, premade or refrigerated. As soon as you walk through the door, you are not only greeted by the beautiful elegant decor, but the warm and delicious smell of fresh scones pervade your senses! The only thing better than the aroma is the taste! They were the perfect combination of a tender, moist crumb center and a subtle sweetness from the crunchy top with the gentle sprinkle of course sugar finish. I enjoyed a full pot of the English Toffee Milk Tea...good to the last drop! Prince Tea House, THANK YOU for doing an incredible and AMAZING JOB! My sister and I WILL be back!!!

Just attended a baby shower here and was blown away by this place. The space is decorated so cute and trendy, while still being very comfortable. I loved all the different plates displayed on the wall. The food and drinks were absolute delicious- the sukiyaki sliders, mille crepe cake, and mango iced tea were definitely my favorite. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely come here again.

We got the tea for two and the food was delicious. It’s a little expensive, but you are paying for a unique experience. The tea for two lets you try two different teas and a sampling of mini sandwiches and desserts. The ambiance is amazing- they put a lot of thought into having a beautiful location- even the bathrooms are beautiful. The service was a tad slow, but they were packed. I recommend making a reservation.

I ventured into this spacious tea haven on an off-peak Thursday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! The place wasn't crowded, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind. (However, I noticed a sign at the entrance limiting patrons to a 1.5-hour time limit on weekends, so that must be the busy time.) But the staff was notably friendly and welcoming from when I entered to when I left. I tried the purple yam mille crepe cake, which, although creamier than expected, wasn't overwhelmingly sweet--a welcome departure from typical American desserts! The real star, though, was the rooibos des vahines tea. It's a South African red tea with vanilla, almond, and marigold petals. The blend was harmonious, and the addition of almond and vanilla made it exceptionally smooth. My only complaint is that I wish there were more of it! (The medium-sized teapot only yielded about three and a half cups.) The menu has a plentiful selection of options, from black teas to green teas and non-caffeinated herbal teas, smoothies, and breakfast and lunch items. While I plan to return, the prices are a bit steep for my taste palette at almost $10 a piece for the cake and the tea. However, if you're after a chill spot without the pretentious nature of other "royal tea" places, this is it!

From classical scores of the Bridgerton soundtrack creating the perfect afternoon high tea atmosphere, to the delicious food and tea, Prince Tea House was an absolute delight. I would recommend this place to any tea lover! Perfect place for a tea party.

Beautiful decor! Bright, airy, and colorful but not too busy. The food was actually really good (I assumed they would focus more on the tea) and of course the tea was amazing. There were so many tea options and desserts. I would definitely go back.
