The food is okay, I like the donuts and the bacon, egg and cheese wrap. I do NOT like the bad attitude of the woman who takes the orders. The inside looks dirty and there is not a lot of tables and chairs, they could add more. I'm not sure if it's just this Dunkin, but the prices have gone up a lot it used to be 2 wake up wraps for the price of 1. I would not recommend.

Seems this relatively new free standing Dunkin in a parking lot at the corner of Parkway and Olden Avenue Extension in Ewing only has its drive through lane working. There is some renovation going on within keeping the doors locked and sitdowns off limits. The line snaking toward the order speaker and pick up window took its time, but I finally reached the exchange point and drove off with their signature java and a couple of glazed rounders. That wasn't exactly what I wanted, but without a visible list of the donut inventory, I asked for the most obvious choice after my request for glazed sticks was denied. Dunkin' joe is middle of the road caffeine that a name change can't hide. Adequate to be sure, but hard to go on safari for. The yeastiest were fresh and collapsed nicely upon mastication. No complaints there. If the store is closed and customers can't actually see the products for sale, why not install a video screen and camera so the outside people can see what's available and make informed decisions? It would help with marketing, too.

Unprofessional, I was overcharged. I wanted iced coffee , they gave me hot coffee and, the guy an employee was making a big deal of telling his employee the cashier he was talking about me right in front of me and, saying over and, over he ordered hot coffee. I clearly stated I ordered iced coffee. The cashier became flustered and, overcharged me . I won't be a customer at this location again . Train your staff better on customer service period .

This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts to go to, but the past two visits have been major misses.One morning, I ordered a medium coffee light and sweet. I had never seen the particular gentleman there before. Not sure if he was new but he was very excessive on the "light" portion of my coffee, to the point where the coffee tasted borderline lukewarm. When I brought it to his attention, he proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong about the temperature of the coffee, followed by asking if I wanted a new one. I told him that I did. The other one he made had the same issue. Not only did he mess up my coffee twice, he also went to heavy with the light on my husband's ice coffee.The second visit was this past Monday. I had a coupon to get a medium coffee for .99 cents. I came in and ordered my usual. Although I understood they were busy, there were certain people who came in after me and ordered food as well and coffee, yet left faster than I did. After eight minutes had passed, I asked the lady who took my order politely how much longer it was going to be. She yelled at me, "Just wait a minute!" The person who I was on the phone with even heard how rude she was. That was the longest ten minutes ever, and it will be a long time before this location will receive any more of my dollars, if ever.

this place was bought from original owners, shortly after business exchanged hands, they cut hourly wages, original kickass staff left, n owner started cutting corners leaving poor quality
Worst experience ever...the staff on drive-thru didn't want to honor their own foursquare special! It will be a while before I come here again! Very disappointed.
