Food has gone downhill and I’m not sure if it is just this location or Burger King overall. The prices have gone up a lot for fast food. I will say the workers are very nice and when my battery died in their drive thru they tried to help me the best they could. Not the worst fast food place but definitely isn’t 90s/ early 00s Burger King we all once loved.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids meal.

Good ideas.Poor execution.That appears to be Burger King reality. I went there specifically to check out the new patty melts on their menu, because that is my favorite form of burger - grilled rye, sautéed onion, melted Swiss and a shot of ketchup, makes for a happy man. Any diner can do one. But, apparently not BK. No rye; they used a rounded thick white bread. No toast; it hadn't seen the inside of a toaster, let alone the hot steel of the grill. It was warm, but not browned nor crisp. Little sautéed onion; I only found a few partial slices when lifting the top bread to look under the hood. Double Whopper Jr. patties, is true. Disappointment is the first word that came to mind. On the other hand, the Halfsies fries and onion rings were imaginative and tasty, while the small order of Chicken Fries I sampled were over processed and suffered from a bout of old oil syndrome. Edible, but not enjoyable. Then there was the drenching I took when I lowered the window to order, and again to grab my victuals. No overhang available. Little follow through on a rain soaked day. Needless to say, this Melt didn't do it for me. Cool notion. Lousy quality control.

I understand the bar is pretty low for fast food but the manager must be illiterate or something. I tried to say multiple times ONLY CHEESE as you were speaking over me. I got everything EXCEPT cheese. SMH

Just close this location already. Food quality terrible. Workers can not follow simple directions even when only ordering 1 item. Clearly the receipt says NO LETTUCE! But idk maybe the associates here can't read?! Slowest time of the day 11am and only had 2 other customers.
I have a family of 5 and I was rudely asked to not use more than 2 coupons, when all I was going to order was 2x chicken fries, 2x chicken nuggets and fries! And then I was gonna order 2 full meals.Never going there again! Drive thru worker was rude and when I told her never mind she said I don’t care! Reporting this to

The building is a little run down but this location is quick and my food has been hot consistently in the past few months. Service overall is great. Sometimes sound a little moody but as nice as you'd expect at a fast restaurant, far better than the McDonald's in the area.
