The service at this Panera is awful!! It took me one hour to get my food. Absolutely insane. Worst service experience ever.

Crazy how every time I’ve gone they mess up my order. One time when I notified them, the guy who made my order grunted and then gave me back a messed up salad, which I’m sure was on purpose cuz how do you forget to put chicken in it?? I didn’t want to say anything after he reacted like that the first time, but that’s just messed up, like YOU messed up my order and I KINDLY said why it was wrong, so why do you treat a customer like that who was KIND to you!???

I love Panera Bread however I was highly disappointed in the drastic decline in this location food. The cashier gave me a cold peice of bread and this fake imitation lettuce made this the most disgusting salad I've had. Iceberg lettuce is lab made and made this salad trash.If you want a quality salad that is healthy and fresh, simply go to Wawa. I no longer believe that Panera care about it's customers. This particular location shows me how greedy the owner is.The cashier was so nice about giving me warm bread and tried to rectify my issue. However, I suggest anyone to drive right past this location because the foods trash. I'd rather get a fresh salad from Wawa. $12 for unhealthy salad when Wawa gives you organic lettuce options, you can create for only $9. Shame on the Owners and management for the greed in more money in your pocket. This was just gross

As a serious lover of Panera, I was gravely disappointed in my experience here. Went for dinner and they were out of literally every side and offered no replacement. They were also out of every single bread except ciabatta and focaccia. The usually delicious food was just gross, and ended up being a waste of money. Go to a different Panera or a different restaurant entirely.

Bear claw warm is the best thing ever!!! Salads and sandwiches are good too. Little overpriced to be a cafeteria with nobody serving you. Overall good place to go o e in while.
