This location is now being run by Spanish ladies, which in of itself isn't a bad thing, but you can expect them to talk trash about you in their language if you ask an innocent question. For example, I ordered a 12-inch sub that I hadn't gotten in over a year, and I learned that swiss cheese and sweet peppers have been discontinued. I love sweet peppers on my sub, so I asked one more time to confirm that I understood correctly if sweet peppers were discontinued. At that point the lady switched over to Spanish and was speaking to her coworker with a dirty look on her face. I can only assume they were making fun of me for asking the same question twice. I may not understand what they were saying, but their body language told me all I needed to know. If they want to be rude, they shouldn't be in the service industry. The last time I went to this location over a year ago there were high school/college age kids running the shop, and they were always very polite. I can't say the same about this new staff.

The sub I ordered was tasty. However I think Subway might want to up the anti on their Health and Saftey regulations because I now have Coronavirus. And the reason I know I got it from Subway is because I haven't left my apartment since last week. The only thing I did was order Subway so I know it came from one of the employees.

Very rude person .I asked about the new pretzel this morning and she was not engaging and made me feel like I wasn't important, just another customer and I didn't matter when I offered my wants and needs.the pretzel was half cooked because she basically rushed me and the pretzel out the door.

Today, I took a picture of the in order to ask a question to why Subway is blocking the customers from seeing the meat & cheese selection. There is a chrome shield blocking the selections. If this behavior by subway continues, the health department will be contacted.
