I’ve been going to Fairwinds for my entire life. There is no place to get a better Italian sub. Their breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal and all of the employees are always incredibly friendly. They also have a wide variety of classic candy that you won’t find at a a Wawa or AcmeKid-friendliness: Warren is very welcoming to all kids so much so that you will often find a few hanging out at the tables.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a long ramp with only a slight incline making it very wheelchair accessible.

Besides the prices one time it advertises $1.50 iced tea and it came out to be $4! It’s a amazing place I totally recommend! But I did get blamed for something I dint do once and it made me feel uncomfortable… otherwise if you need breakfast come here!

Just got a BLT sandwich, and it was Amazing!!!!! Friendly people work there and everything to eat there is soooooo good...... if you are in the rumson-fair haven area, go inside and have a seat inside or outside if it's nice.

Fairwinds Deli is the favorite Deli of the local community, providing lunches to many of the local school children. I love it for a great breakfast sandwich, or custom-made lunch special. Warren and Joyce, Warren's mom, and the whole crew are the nicest people around, and always welcome you to their cozy deli. They have an intimate dining area with tables and a counter. Lunch time can be hectic with all the kids, but fun as well. Great daily specials, plus a whole separate juice bar in the same room!! Coffee and tea are great as is their selection of top-quality cold beverages.

Excellent. Delicious breakfast lunch and dinner. This is the best local hot spot to grab your lunch or breakfast. The greatest cup of coffee in all of Monmouth County. It's a great country store. I love to grab a bowl of soup on a cold day and a quick lunch on every work day! I get my large coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwich and my lunch every day there.
