the food is outstandin The only problem is I had limited time and the girl at the counter assured me my order of a personal pan pizza would be ready in less than ten minutes. It actually took twenty five minutes. Other than that everything was great. The food is truly outstanding! But please give honest estimates of the time. There's too big of a difference between the "less than 10 minutes" that they estimated at the counter when I placed the order, and the actual time it took of twenty five minutes.

We have been ordering from Tavolo for years and it's typically great! However, they very very often mess up your order! So double check. Also I have been ordering the Tavolo burger because I tell everyone it's the best, big and juicy but tonight it was literally a hockey puc! I ordered medium rare it was charred beyond belief! They need some quality control to make sure what they are putting out each time is the right order and meets expectations!

Service is really slow even when they are.L not busy and when they are you might as well go elsewhere. It is utterly ridiculous. I don't often complain but it really is off the charts bad. They need to rethink their services offfering.Oh-the double meat shrimp salad had eight pieces of small shrimp for $32!!! Really!! So they fixed it but I had to ask. They are hiding behind the great food. Frankly, I think they are very under

My family and I have been regular customers of TP since it first opened, we have always loved their food and the people that work there. I am also a life long FH resodent, so it truly upset me today when I was charged over $40 for a soup and sandwich, both of which were terrible. I called for the first time ever to notify a manger or owner and when I finally reached someone, I was questioned as if I did something wrong and after much debate I was offered a credit for my soup.... Seriously, just the soup? Not the sandwich you f.cked up? I never complain. Over 15 years as a customer? Not anymore.

Used to be a frequent customer until the service became unprofessional and the food became poor quality. Came in for the first time in months to pick up an order; when i called in a Kid with a dismissive attitude answered the phone, i had specifically ordered a turkey sub with American cheese lettuce onion oil vinegar salt pepper and oregano and extra turkey, got home to find the sandwich missing the onions and smothered in mayo but there was a good amount of turkey for sure, i called back to just ask for a replacement sandwich because the order was inputted incorrectly into the system i was not mad a simple mistake, when i called back a different KID answered the phone and i explained what happened and they said i could pick up a new sandwich, said specifically what i wanted again but had to repeat it 5 times because the KID could not remember more than two things at a time...of course they are messing up orders...picked up the NEW sandwich got home and opened it up to find they forgot the put the lettuce on the sandwich didn't even write it down on the ticket even though he repeated it back to me and it seemed like the sandwich was re-made with spite because there is literally half the amount of turkey as the original had and these two tiny pieces of american cheese which cover a quarter of the meat and with no lettuce and literally ONE PIECE OF ONION... they Fahked up the order and then gave me a crappy spiteful replacement sandwich which was also wrong... unfortunately i cannot recommend this place..for the amount you pay here the quality of food and service provided is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL UNDERWHELMING AND DISAPPOINTING
