I was having a difficult time ordering an ice cream cake. One of the workers and the owner of the store took extra special care to maker sure that I could get my order in and on time. As always, the cake was absolutely perfect. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Went here on April 14th which was a Friday and it was a bad experience. I was waiting on some ice cream and saw the owner blatantly disrespecting what seemed to be his only employee working. He was cursing at him and yelling for no real reason because the employee was helpful and polite although it was busy. I don’t believe it’s appropriate to berate a young kid and embarrass him in front of everyone. Not only that but I saw him go to the back after him and push the young man and curse at him loudly. Have some class and respect for those who keep your store afloat smh.

I have to put 1 star to post, wish I can put 0 stars! I will never shop here again! Getting ice cream today and heard the owner/manager screaming at one of his employees! It was disgusting the young man was doing his job fine! If this is how you treat people, I don’t want to support that! I will not support a business that takes advantage of young people/employees. I’ve lived in this town over 30 years! Have never ever encountered anything like this!
I use to love coming here. Until I actually had coffee and vanilla ice cream that was horrible. I complaint about it the next week. The guy said what do you want me to do about its nothing I can do. What he could have done is apologize for it that's it. He literally when on and on about. It he's there we don't go in at all. The mature lady and gentleman are very nice.

Great friendly staff and owner. Clean store. Only issues are the parking and the price of the ice cream cakes. Parking sucks no where to park the cakes have become so expensive.

Have lived near this Carvel my whole life. I have never been a fan of their hard ice cream but their soft serve is probably my top choice of soft serve for vanilla and chocolate (the rest are pretty tasteless).That being said, after going here for 25-30 years, on buy one get one free sundae day, I asked for a waffle bowl for one, offering to pay additional for the bowl of course, they said no it's not included, and refused to place it in the waffle bowl for me. I had to purchase it separately and put it in it myself, I was told. Really genuinely not sure what type of customer service this is, especially to someone who was at the time, there at least once a week. Needless to say I am done with Carvel and if I absolutely needed soft serve I would go to the other Carvel further away.
