Rudest manager and employee I have ever met. Tried a speck of a flavor, threw out my cup and filled up a new one to the top and was ready to pay. Then I get verbally attacked by a young girl and grown man about how I am unsanitary, stealing, and sticking my fingers in the machine? So rude and embarrassing for me since this was in front of other customers. Officially hate this location!

My hubby & I took a ride last night & ended up in Fair Lawn (we live in Montville) and having a sweet attack as we came across Cups! Lucky us we got in right before they closed, I got my fav, alpine vanilla & hubby did too, sooo good!

Unfortunately, I came to get some frozen yogurt at this establishment and I was blocked from going in when they were still open for 20 more minutes. I was forced to go to Rita’s down the street where there was much better service, and they actually stayed open until the time listed on their website highly do not recommend Going here.

Tonight I was looking forward to the cake batter yogurt but unfortunately the store didn’t have it. The blonde girl working today was so helpful! She recommended the cake batter ice cream which surprised me & was better than I thought. Can’t wait to see the renovations to this location soon.

Sadly, they have such poor customer service. We came wondering to have some ice cream, but the cashier said that it was not available because it was frozen.Someone dropped fro-yo on the floor, and the client had to clean for her, which constitutes a risk for the customer. You should review your issues and consider having more staff during busy hours.Additionally, the music is extremely loud, you cannot seat and enjoy a conversation.

Asked for sample cups. Nope. Instead, the kid working the register went with me to dispense me the first flavor, coffee. Wasn't a fan, asked to try the peanut butter, and he goes "No more samples, man."I said "Are you serious? What's the point of samples if I can't taste more than one?" and he goes "Are you actually going to buy one?!"Lol no, I'm just a 43 year old man here with my girlfriend trying to snatch 17 cents of free yogurt from the sample cups. Well done, Sherlock, you cracked the case ?He reluctantly dispenses the 2nd flavor and we buy 2 cups.As this is happening, we watch children sucking yogurt straight out the dispensers while their parents lick and put their spoons back into the topping trays.Keep up the good work!

The actions of an African American server were not only deeply disrespectful but also incredibly concerning.Upon entering the store, I encountered a server whose behavior was beyond rude; it bordered on hostility. To my shock, he even went as far as expressing a desire to engage in physical altercation right there on the premises. His mockery of my English accent was insensitive and offensive, and he made it clear that he wanted to harm me physically while my three children stood witness to the entire ordeal. This incident was deeply distressing and far from the kind of environment I expect when bringing my children to a public place.Despite being a loyal customer for almost five years, I was met with nothing but disdain. When I mentioned my intent to report his behavior, he laughed dismissively, stating that higher management wouldn’t take any action. This disregard for customer concerns was disheartening, to say the least.I am grateful that a kind lady was present to witness the shocking behavior of the server. I informed her that I considered her my witness to the unprofessionalism that transpired. Her presence offered some solace during an otherwise traumatic experience.In conclusion, I feel compelled to caution potential patrons against visiting Cups Frozen Yogurt in Fairlawn, NJ. The behavior displayed by the server was beyond unacceptable and went against the principles of customer service and basic human decency. It is with a heavy heart that I declare my intention to never return to this establishment, as the safety and comfort of my family are paramount. I sincerely hope that the management takes these incidents seriously and works towards ensuring that no one else has to endure such a distressing encounter.
