This McD’s is ridiculously overpriced. On top of that, the employees aren’t friendly and the food quality is poor. There are way better options close by. Go across the street to gotham diner for a great burger or just up the block to chicken galore for much better food at a lower price.

This place would be great if not for the prices. They are WAY higher than any other fast food place. For the same money you could get a burger at the diner 2 blocks away featuring REAL meat instead of the premium Mcdogfood and salt patties used in this place.

This was by far the worst experience i ever had in any fast food restaurant, (march 6th , 10:10-10:50pm).I made my mobile drive thru order around 10:10pm(large fries , big mac and diet soda), i arrived at mcdonalds at 10:20, i told my order number(HR56) in speaker, they told me to drive up, they gave my my big mac and large french fries, but they did not give me check and soda, so i was waiting for them , ( I had 3 cars behind me ) , i was waiting waiting … 30minutes have passed( i saw them inside running around cleaning , ignoring cars and me honking as if nothing was happening and laughing off) and after honking ( all the cars weee honking) they decided to FINALLY show up, and the worker ahead start talking to me rudely, she said i should have told my order in mic, i told here that i already did and they already gave me portion of my food , im just waiting for my soda, she said “NO YOU DID NOT” in a rude tone , and she asked for check which she never gave me , so i told her my order number , and she got real quiet instantly, before she was about to yell at me now she got silent. She closed the window, i guess she wanted to make my soda or something, but even though soda machines were right in front of window were i could see she went behind were i couldn’t see her, i assumed from her actions before that she will spit in my drink or do something like that so i just left.This is unbelievable and never had such bad experience.

Do not come here. Came here sometime a little before 9pm on Wednesday. Their website said the drive thru was supposed to be open until 11pm. Drove up behind another car and waited. And then kept waiting and waiting. Then heard yelling from the car in front of us. Still nothing happened. Didn't hear anyone talk from the speaker. The car in front of us then drove to the window. They stayed for less than a minute and left.We decided that clearly something was wrong and drove away to park. I then called their phone number to see what the issue was and if they were open, but the phone just rang forever and I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous. I've heard so many horror stories about this place for so many years, and it is still living up to that reputation. Never coming back again. Need to shut this place down and put something better in its place.

Went to pick up dinner after working black friday, the kid at the window handed me a very full bag and as he handed it to me it ripped. Some of my food that I paid for went on the ground and the young tall gentleman just said “you good”. I asked for the couple of items to be replaced and I got yelled at by the manager who was hispanic and wearing a head wrap. She yelled at me and told me next time not to drop my food. I just left without the replacement food because she was so harsh and aggressive about two apple pies, they must take it out of their pay or something because she did not want to replace anything without giving me a very nasty lecture. I will not come back here, absolutely terrible service! This McDonalds is located in a nice neighborhood of Fair Lawn, but they have more class even at the Paterson McDonalds which is where I will be going.

The same cashier messed up 3 orders from 3 separate people in a row!I used my McDonald's app code for 20 piece chicken nuggets for $5. She charged me an additional $7 for another 20 piece that I did not order!I ordered extra fries instead of apple slices in a kids meal which came with apple slices as if she never even heard me. She never even read the order back to me to confirm it's correct.My wife wanted a iced coffee for her birthday with the app and they gave her a freaking cookie which isn't even part of the promo..thanks for ruining my wife's birthday and my precious time !!!Worst McDonald's in America!When I told the cashier I asked for extra fries in the happy meal and she just said I didn't which is a lie. Guess she gets to do whatever she wants including lying to and disrespecting PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
