So sad because the bagels actually taste good. But I wish I had butter on my butter bagel. And the Bacon is something I can’t describe. Horrible. But good bagel. Bring your own butter.

These are the best bagels I've had in a long time. They are so great that you can just eat them plain right out of the bag. The staff is very friendly and informative, I only wish they opened earlier, but that's not a big deal because they make incredible bagels, and they are worth the wait. I highly recommend this beautiful gem on Broadway!

This place should absolutely be shut down! The bagel along with there overpriced sandwiches are flimsy. There was nothing even on the sandwich and it was disgusting! The bagels have gross coatings on it. We ordered a butter bagel as well and that was even worse! The butter tasted unbearable and pasty and we literally almost throw up and that's before finding a piece of plastic on the bagel before taking a bite. This was so expensive and so disgusting that even the refund we got wasn't enough for the experience of this place. I hope they get there act together or just don't sell food anymore!
