I go out of my way to stay here because I’m assured of a accommodating staff, clean room and a fair price.

Nothing worse than walking into your room after a hard days work, just looking for a decent hotel that's clean and safe and you turn the lights on and it's the complete opposite. The room looks straight out of 1998, the bathroom ceiling is gross and peeling, there was "residue" on the toilet seat, stains on the bathroom floor, the carpet looks like it was used in an old casino, the bed is rock hard, any wood surface is chipped and scratched and dirty and the list goes on and on. Stay away!

The hotel is outdated and run down. The rooms smell like mildew especially when the ac is running. The beds a hard as bricks if you get the double bed option but the king beds are comfy. The guest staying are mostly construction type works in and out like a motel. The staff is friendly but the quality of my long stay was horrible. After the tropical storm coming through and my room having a big water leak I couldn't take it any longer. Had to move to another comfort inn 30 plus miles away and it's a HUGE difference. Like I'm living in luxury now.

For the price it is worth the money. No issues here

We checked in late and the girl behind the desk took a very long time to check us in even with a reservation. The lobby was clean, so that was a plus. When we got to our room, it was about 85 degrees, the ac was not on and it was a hot night. Thankfully, the room cooled down fast, about 30 minutes. The room looked very clean. The next morning we took a shower and there was abosultely no water pressure. It didnt drip out, but it wasnt strong enough to get the shampoo out of your hair. Also, the hair care bottles were only good for half a person. They onle serve breakfast between 6am to 9am. They give you a brown bag with a bottle of water, an apple, 2 oat bars and a danish. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but i dont think its open, and we had to laugh about some of the items they serve being written on the window as you enter. One of them were, "shrimp balls." The hotel is in between a Dunkin Donuts and an adult book store. So if you have kids, be prepared for them to see that. Overall, the hotel was adequate but needs improvement. For the price, I would suggest another hotel.

Very comfortable and clean ..friendly staff. It's important to pay attention to how the Elevator is running however the matter was handledPromptly.?

Check in was easy, the room was clean when we went in, but the hotel could use some updating. You can tell this is an older hotel. They keep it clean though!

Got what I was looking for. Polite front desk.

This is definitely a two star hotel that is comfortable being a two star hotel, but it could easily become a three star with a little bit more maintenance. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are actually quite comfortable, the housekeeping seems to do a nice job, and the cable TV has every channel you could possibly want. But the WiFi is horrendous/doesn't work well, common areas like the lobby and elevator desperately need a cleaning and remodel, and the "free breakfast" that was advertised is more like a brown bag snack pack that sometimes includes a thawed, room temperature Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. In addition, the smoke detector was missing from my room, which is a safety hazard.

Don't leave anything important out or housekeeping might just steal it if the want it bad enough. If you leave something by mistake don't expect it to be turned in either they'll just steal it.

Stayed with a friend before a seminar in Montclair the next day. Lobby was very small and the breakfast room was closed due to covid. Would have been nice if they had offered some kind of grab and go option. Walked to the Dunkin Donuts in the adjacent parking lot. Surrounding area seems safe. Room was a little dated, but clean. A fine stopover if you just want a place to rest.
