Ordered a single plain pie. I was told take about 20-30 mins we did not get it for over an hour and it was ice cold and soggy...couldn’t eat it because it really tasted like pizza that had been sitting out for hours, and that probably exactly what it was. Very disappointed throw pizza in the trash don’t need food poisoning or stomach ache... lost a customer here ..

So I go with a local flavor and order and they refuse to honor it!!!!! Why are they selling it if they don't offer it Scam once I went they over charged the next time I went I grabbed the menu in my hand to let them know I am aware with the prices Terrible!

My experience with Puzo's has been excellent so far. We love their pizza. I usually ask for it to be cooked well done. Their calzones are delicious with the perfect amount of cheese, ricotta and dough. So yummy. This is our go to place for pizza.

How do you mess up a large pie well done? The product is decent and has potential but at this point can't be trusted with a basic order. And it's a shame bc they are local and I want to support business around the area. Not a manager in sight.

We ordered the large pie with Extra cheese and sausage our go to pizza and a large cold Antipasto. The pizza was absolutely the best! I like my pizza cheesy and there are no complaints from me on this pie. It was cooked perfectly and still very hot when we received our order thru GrubHub delivery(the Covid thing). The Antipasto was plentiful in all the ingredients with slices of fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, olives, crisp lettuce, nicely ripe tomatoes and mounds of meat including prosciutto. Served with Balsamic vinaigrette on the side and fresh sliced Italian bread. The pizza was even delish microwaved for dinner the next day which almost never happens! And the rest of the salad was nice and fresh as well even having sat overnight in fridge. The only thing we will change in future orders, is to order a medium 16" pie as the large was huge! But I always say what's wrong with leftover pizza???

It later climbed onto the wall besides us. Never in my life have I been so grossed out. We told the waitress, who told another guy who killed it. The worst part is we told the manager or owner, he said "IT HAPPENS, they come from outside." Since when? Regardless, we weren't offered anything and even if we were, we would never return. It's unfortunate because we would go here all the time.
