Terrible service from an employee who ignores the clients and has no professional ethics, they ask for an obligatory tip without deserving it, unfortunately, this is the beginning of the end of great

I ordered a Parrillada steak I wanted medium. It was well done. It had no salt or seasoning it was just meat. The shrimp looked like they were cut in half. I also order baliadas with everything and only got two pieces of meat in the whole thing. I spent about $55 on this sad experience. The ladies were nice and the place was clean , the cook needs to do better.

This place is about 45 minute drive from my house but my wife was in Fairview with her coworker. So my wife and her coworker went for the first time to get take out. When my wife got home she found out they mixed up her order with her coworker. That was only the beginning. We got stuck with all the pupusas de chicharrón which were bland in flavor I will rate them 3 out of 10. Then I tried the mondongo soup which was also bland. The soup tasted like agua de mondongo not sopa de mondongo. I will rate that sopa de mondongo a 2 out of 10. With so many good Salvadoran restaurants in NJ, I would avoid this spot.

This is my family’s favorite take out and dine in Salvadorian restaurant. The food is always delicious and fresh tasting. When you dine in, the service is great. It is byob, but I do recommend bringing your own cups because their wine glasses are limited. We always order their pupusas and the sopa de res.Kid-friendliness: It’s not rowdy like most Central American restaurants. The music is at a perfect volume and the atmosphere is friendly. Definitely kid friendly.
