The food is disgusting. First and last time I buy from this place. Chicken fried rice: plain yellow, overcooked rice with strips of boiled; white, no flavor/season, chewy chicken. Plain tasting. Went straight into the garbage. You'll be better off with fried eggs and bread.

This was my first time trying Fairview Chinese restaurant. I usually order from River House Chinese but I've been wanting to find a slightly more casual spot for American Chinese takeout. I hadn't had sesame chicken in a really long time and my fiance was also in the mood for a good Pu Pu platter, both of which they had. We decided to give this place a try. The first thing I noticed was the color of the chicken. The sesame chicken was much redder than I'm used to. It looked very artificial. The second thing I noticed was that they actually cooked the broccoli in the entree. Almost every time I get sesame chicken the broccoli is almost never cooked through (I have no idea why. It's just sesame chicken this happens with). I kind of liked that it was cooked. The chicken was enough for two servings. It wasn't as crispy as I typically like. I wasn't sure that all of the meat was real chicken either tbh. My fiance enjoyed his platter. He said the fried shrimp was particularly good as well as the ribs. Success on 1 out of 2 isn't so bad. The sesame chicken wasn't bad per se. I just prefer other places I've tried better.

If I could give 0 starts I would. ordered takeout from here, took one bite and threw the rest of it out. Might be the worst chinese food i've ever had in terms of quality. Egg roll was soggy, had no pork inside. General Taso's chicken was insanely sweet. Pork fried rice was bright yellow! like spanish rice! really really bad

I left a 1 star and that’s a lot. I can’t talk about the experience in person or if it’s good going there.We ordered delivery of simple lo mein noodles. A staple in every Asian restaurant and pretty difficult to mess up.We received the most flavorless noodles ever. If anything they tasted sweet… yes sweet and not in a good way. Wouldn’t recommend

Egg drop soup really oily. I could anoint myself and fry a batch of chicken with this. I can even smell the oil coming through the container after I close it. And they have the nerve to participate with inflation and charge me $6.

I order from here regularly and while the food is usually good there's always a problem. It's cold, it's missing something, 3 times my chicken w mixed veg came without the sauce. It's ridiculous and they're rude about it. Today I ordered a 2 fried chicken and 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered and they keep saying it's on the way it'll be there in 10 minutes. Refused to discount or do anything unless I CAME TO THEM. Then their delivery driver can't speak English so calling him was useless. So disappointed.
