I live in Ridgefield. I used to order Hunan garden a lot but lost my job and had economic issues. Now for the first time in years I got my general tsao chicken combo with chicken fried rice. I need to tell you something , anyone reading. This is the best general Tsai chicken and Chinese food in general I ever had. Hunan garden was amazing years ago. It looks like they're even grown more amazing now. Since I got a new job I'll be ordering again from here. Thanks Hunan owners. Many food places got worse over the years. Hunan got better and they were already 5 stars. -

Placed an order for fried dumplings the greasiest fried dumplings then also ordered a large sweet-and-sour chicken and all the shelves are empty it’s just breading there’s no chicken in there just the worst worst meal I spent 50 bucks for nothing at least my other half enjoyed his ribs you can’t go wrong with that but the rest of the food was not worth it I would never order from this place again
Lucky hunan has a terrible attitude when they are wrong in a situation. They get angry and attack customers when they take long or get an order wrong or when people are not satisfied with their food. All they keep throwing in customers faces is that they have been open for 10 years plus and that of you don’t like it, to not come there instead of being understanding and sympathetic to customers issues with them or their food. Worst Chinese food place ever. Never again. Customer service is a must especially since I work in food hospitality as well. Smh do better.
