One of the worst dining experiences. Condado as a server didn't do his job telling us the specials that were available. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to always pour ourselves. We waited for almost 40 mins for our entrees to arrive and they weren't good. My husband's pork chop was over cooked while we ordered medium well. I had to spit out my shrimp as it wasn't fresh. And they charged us $ 5 for some dipping bread sauce which they never did before. I don't mind paying. But it will be nice that we could have been informed before. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience, we will never go back nor that we will suggest that to any of our friends. After all, all the chef and servers are not Italian anyway.

Reserved private Sunday Luncheon for a party of 10. Anti pasto appetizers with bread and bruschetta, delicious salad with house dressing, primma patio penne with vodka sauce. Three excellent choices for entrees! Chicken Parmegian, Veal Saltimbocca,Stuffed Salmon! High compliments ,kudos and sincere thanks to everyone.

We recently had our wedding reception here . The food, service and hospitality were outstanding. The owner, Manny, accommodated all our requests and made our night memorable and special . I cannot say enough nice things about him and his wife for truly making our day beautiful . All the guests raved about the food . I would certainly recommend this place for a night out to dinner, a party or a wedding reception. Great place all the way around!

We had a family party at Patsy's today. The food was spectacular, the service perfect and everything was done to our specifications. Can't wait to go back!!

I wanted Italian food and found this place on Yelp. My ratings are from 1-10. 1 being the lowest, 10 the highest. Service and staff: 10- the servers and staff were friendly. They accommodated us with a positive attitude. Food: 4- I wasn't very impressed. The beef was bland. Their raviolis were also bland. However, their garlic and baby clams were very good. Except they gave a lot of empty shells. Did they eat the clams before they brought the plate out? Smh! I recommend not to order the calamari, it's bland, soggy, and chewy. Not very good. Pandemic precautions: 9- tables were sanitized after every guest. Most staff and servers wore mask. Overall, this place was a miss for me but...they get a good amount of traction. I say, feel free to check it out for yourself. Good luck! Eat and live well!

Always delicious and the service is excellant. The new location is beautiful. The staff is always on point and the owner is most friendly.

Love the food. It was amazing. I ate the New York Steak and I was appalled. It was the best steak I've eaten in a while. The only thing I really didn't like was that they didn't have any high chairs for my little ones.

Bad idea. The website hyped up the cuisine way too much you talk such a huge game but don't deliver at all. What was that flavorless pea sauce for the Salmon served mushy? Who's back there in the kitchen? Yikes. You didn't even cook the pasta, it was less than aldente, there was crunch. Insulting. The tomatoes were soggy from sitting in the vinegar/oil mixture all day for the mozz salad. Had to ask for bread, had to ask for water (like wasn't offered bottled or sparking waiter cant upsell anything) like we were a couple of lepers lost in Arabia. Insulting ...my boyfriend lived here his whole life after coming from Italy. It's like so beyond disturbing the whole thing from top to bottom. Take your $100 somewhere else, we got a cold appetizer to boot: You could power a vesper for how much oil was on the stuffed artichoke. Served cold, with a cold attitude. All around sad. Avoid the blvd for Italian food. They're all disappointing. Update: so I told my boyfriend that I tattled on the internet on this place. He brought dinner home to his mom, she loves the croquettes. They never gave her one ...like really guys...the old lady's love your croquettes. It was your time to shine and that got ruined too. Man what a clip joint.

I took my mom to Patsy's for her 73rd Bday. Not many choices to choose from the menu. She ordered the Chicken Theresa, very bland. They didn't have vegetables for a side order (Never heard of a restaurant that don't carry veggies.... Strange!). My son ordered the Sirloin Steak, was fatty & accompanied w/ only 3 onion rings. I ordered the Seafood Diablo over linguini, was fishy not fresh. Too many onions & peppers. Chef dumped a can of crushed peppers. Took 3 bites & didn't touch my food after. Waiter ask if everything was ok, told him I was dissatisfied. He didn't apologize or offered another dish on the menu. We also ordered appetizers: cold (fishy) clams. A tiny small plate of fried calamari was also served for one person. not a large plate for 3. Total was $166.65 + an additional fee of $4.17 if you don't pay cash. This is not even including the tip. My worse experience ever dining out and believe I've dine in thousands & thousands of restaurants in NJ and out of state. Will never ever dine here again! Will try the Korean BBQ next door soon.

Took my mom to Patsy's @ Fairview, NJ for her 73rd Bday. Not many choices to choose from the menu. She ordered the Chicken Theresa, very bland - no taste. They didn't have no vegetables for a side dish. (Really? very strange - you are a restaurant) My son ordered the sirloin steak, very fatty, with 3 onion rings. I ordered the seafood De'Diablo. Was a fishy smell, too many onions/peppers. They dumped a can of crushed tomatoes.. I took 3 bites and didn't touch the plate after. Waiter came over & asked us if everything was ok. I told him I was disappointed. Didn't apologize or offer another dish. Appetizers were also horrible & nasty. Will never go here again! Paid $190. Horrible! (

Amazing service!! Had our wedding at this venue. I couldn't be happier with the service Both Laura and Manny where super accommodating. All my guest where super happy with the service and the food. We felt just like home. Can't be happier with the help Laura gave us in decorating the venue and the advice throughout the process.

I went to Patsys yesterday with my wife. We were excited because we haven't been there for 2 years. We regret going. We ordered fried calamari to start off. Now we order fried calamari all the time in different restaurants and never have a problem. It was the worse calamari I ever had!!!! Some pieces were chewy and the rest were burnt. I told our waiter that the calamari wasn't good and the reason. Do you know when I received the bill they kept the charge on the bill!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that other restaurants normally take off charges off your bill when you are dissatisfied but they didn't. I guess they were hard up for money!!!! Now this one will make you choke on your food. You know that they charged me a surcharge 2.5 percentage on my bill because I used a card!!!!! Now I know every restaurant I have been to never never never did that to me!!!! You had to see my face when I read that. I asked if they had a ATM so I cN avoid the charge. Guess what??? They didn't even have that. So no matter what I was going to be charge for this!!! Folks don't bother going to this restaurant. They act like they care for the customers but all they care is the money. I've been to plenty of Italian restaurants and I has never treated like this!!!!

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful our experience was here. The waiter we had was very attentive and suggested us some amazing options from wine down to desert. I have to say my favorite dish here is the bruschetta I have never tasted one like it, The quality of the food is worth the price! I ended up ordering the filet mignon and I tend to be pretty picky with my meats and if I don't like it I won't eat it, but I ended up enjoying the whole thing. High quality, soft meat, and flavorful items this place had not one bad quality I can see. If you're looking for a your next place to try I highly recommend here!

Incredible service. Quality food. Good drinks. Went across the street to Cast Iron, then walked out and came here. We stumbled upon a treasure.
