Fabios has historically been a go to place for a few years now. However more and more I find myself waiting for my food to be ready at the time promised. One of my biggest pet peeves is wasting my time as I take it as a form of disrespect. Stupidly I placed my order a day ahead of time for the superbowl and arrived at the promised time the day of. I waited a total of 2 and a half hours and finally walked away with no food because the superbowl was almost at halftime. It took a few weeks but I forgave them . I placed an order on a Friday afternoon. Once again I found myself waiting for a half hour. As much as it pains me to say, since I do enjoy the food and the staff, there are far to many other options in the area. I will no longer be disrespected and waste $40 to $50 an order just to waste my time. Enjoy the food if you order but be prepared to wait. We had a good run Fabios.

If I can give zero, I will. I keep having bad experiences however keep giving chances because of the kids. Having experience the long wait we ordered early. If they are honest about the wait time and what's going on, I would have had a better understanding and respect for the efforts. I don't know where to begin with the experience. There was a time on a week day, it took 2 hours, we got there they couldn't locate the order, then they tell me 30 more minutes. I told them to disregard the order, I went somewhere else. There is no apology, do not concern them attitude. Months go by, we try them again long wait, no much change. Superbowl Sunday, I definitely know there will be long wait but I didn't want to go out. We ordered early about 5:50, slice says it was 30 mins we know from experience is not possible. Less than 1 min after the order was completed and confirmed, I received a text message that changed it to 6:52- 7:07. Then another change to 7:15 to 730. About 740 I called no answer. Called a few times no answer. My husband called right after me with his phone they pickup! Wow! I'm upset they were willing and ready taking new orders while avoiding calls from waiting customers. Again no apologies. She said it will take about 30 mins. About 45mins-1 hr we went to get the order, they couldn't find it then after some time searching all over locates it another maybe another 20 mins.We received very tasteless food. Kids managed to eat some of the pizza. The wings were a waste we ordered hot wings we received BBQ if it were good the kids would have eaten it, they took one bite and rejected it along with garlic knots.I was ready and willing to return the food, but kids too hungry. I feel Fabio's pizza owes me money for food that was not worth waiting for.

2 hours for a pizza!!!!!! Seriously at least admit that you put it in when we finally called and they told us 20 mins. 35 minutes later it showed up. Luckily for you my wife had it on her card. I wouldve sent it back. Couldn’t eat the middle slices it was soup. Never again good luck across the street won’t see us there. At least Nola’s will tell you it’s 2 hours not lil over an hour

Fabio's has my favorite pizza in the area. It has a delicious thin crust. I usually order take out, as their dining room is quite small and usually busy, but I understand they are expanding this year.

A long-time family favorite for pizza Friday and a staple in the Scotch Plains - Fanwood community! Expect delicious thin crust pizza with the perfect ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings - never too greasy and consistently good. The family's go-to pizza order (never disappoints!): 1 Large - 1/2 Cheese and 1/2 Eggplant and Fresh Mozzarella 1 Large - Fresh Mozzarella Vodka Pizza My family typically orders takeout from Fabios, but the restaurant space is very nice - just small. Things to keep in mind: Estimated wait times are not always accurate, especially on a Friday night (anticipate your order taking longer than expected)

I ordered from Fabio’s off of Door Dash. The food was terrible! Calamari was rubbery and the “Brooklyn Style Square Pie” well the crust wasn’t thin, way too much sauce and the crust was undercooked. I’m not really sure if the crust was undercooked or there was just way to much sauce! Overall experience for 50+ dollars was absolutely horrendous!!! Completely disappointed….. Don’t really know how it has a 4.8 on Door Dash! 4.0 at best and that’s being generous!

I feel upon this place waiting for my train back to NYC. The service was pleasantly great. I'm soooooo in heaven about my shrimp parm hero!!! Everyone doesn't hit it and they knocked it out the park!!! Everything was fresh, the mozzarella pull baaaaby and my bread was nicely toasted how I like it. GREAT ITALIAN
