“Quick stop here for ice cream, on a week night. Great variety of flavors and lots of seating. I got the strawberry buttermilk: roasted strawberries, buttermilk and house sweet strawberry honey balsamic jam...so good, love the jam running through it and not stingy with it. “Excellent family atmosphere to dine in. Our greeting when my family and I walked in was so welcoming. The waitress were very nice and friendly. They looked like they enjoyed working there. The food was very flavorful and not overpowered with salt. The buffalo chicken egg roll was delicious. My little one enjoyed the mac n cheese with a grilled cheese (just cheddar). I ate some of her meal too! LOL. I had the meatloaf with mash and gravy and sauteed green beans. This entree hit the spot. My husband had the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were lightly coated and seasoned just enough. Now I know when people hear GF dessert, they're turned off. Nope, the GF Black and white cake for dessert was very moist, lightly sweetened, and delicious. This place was fantastic. I will return and recommend that you try it.“

“One of the best brunch spots around. From the thick cut bacon to the fluffy pancakes there’s nothing you won’t like. Went for the first time a few weeks ago and have been back twice. I have yet to be disappointed by anything off the menu. Their Tres Leches French toast comes drizzled with Maple syrup, two scoops of whipped cream and loaded with blueberries and strawberries. A perfect sweet treat. The winner for me is the coconut guava cream pancakes. These are fluffy creamy and perfectly sweet. I can’t say enough about their pancakes plus I’m a sucker for guava. Their omelet is delicious and filling. The Hot Honey chicken & waffles will leave you stuffed. The sweet waffle and savory fried chicken is the perfect mix. And finally to discuss my favorite dish, the huevos Rancheros. This is hands down the best huevos rancheros I’ve had. Their chorizo is so packed with flavor and spice it makes the dish. This dish couldn’t be any more complete with its combination of chorizo, shrimp and cooling guacamole plus the two sunny side up runny eggs on top of two crispy tortillas. Highly recommend this place but warned there is a wait so be sure to make a reservation if you’re not a fan of waiting“

Robert and Lisa were really great to work with during the planning process and even accommodated a last minute change for us. “LOVE this place. I am not a local but from sitting at the bar a few times, this is definitely a place that has regulars. That being said I've only sat at the bar, for drinks and shareables. The crispy fish tacos may be the best I've ever had and I've gone back for them a few times. Being that the margherita pizza is not a traditional pizza, it was still very tasty and had a nice lightness about it. As someone who doesn't typically like clams, the clams on fire has an incredible heat to them that masks the actual clam taste and I love dipping the crostini in the sauce. Like I said, I love this place and definitely would be a regular if I lived close by.“

This particular wedding had a huge spread of appetizers for the happy hour time followed by a full course dinner, so we tried a wide range of food served here. The place is cool, not high class fancy restaurant but cozy and somehow it speaks about tradition and history itself. The owner took care of the order and brought us the food, small talk but good service. We 2 had draft beers, 2 delicious cups of butternut squash soup, 2 burgers that were great and we shared the waffle Fries as side. We paid just $35 and we got out from there happy. I suggest you this place for a casual cozy lunch. Help small business. I will go back.“

However, we were sat in the corner table by the fire exit which I thought was strange. We were seated and serviced right away. My wife and daughter orderes the French Onion soup which they said was really good. And, my wife ordered the stuffed mushrooms and scallops which she said was excellent. I had the mozerella sticks with the Shrimp Scampi. Both, of which were good. A decent amount of the mozerella sticks to share and the shrimp were the large size. However, I've always been confused as to why, when you're going to need to touch the shrimp, they leave the tails on. My daughter ordered the steak and shrimp which she said was really good. Overall, the wait staff was attentive and very amiable. The place was reasonably priced.Parking: For the size of the restaurant, the parking is adequate. However, the spots themselves are small-ish and if you go when it's crowded, you kind of make your own around the side.“

Basically you have to plan to go there, rather than wander in aimlessly. The restaurant was not crowded, so we had a seat and were able to place our orders right away. The restaurant is clean with plenty of room to move about. I had an angus burger baha style and a side of Spanish rice and my wife got the angus burger as protein on top of a salad. The server brought our orders promptly to our table and commented that he had never seen someone order a burger baha style. Frankly, the flavors blended very well, in my opinion. The Spanish rice was delicious and came with little bits of chouriço. My wife enjoyed the freshness of the salad as well as the portion. Enough left over for a lunch. We will definitely be back.“

“Made the mistake of getting the chili dog at another place in Middlesex today. It was OK but cost me $7.25 for one dog! Middlesex Texas Weiners are the best! The food is great, the people are nice, and the value is good. I always get 2 dogs, fries, and a soda, but usually only eat one dog so I have a nice snack later. I just read a really nit picking review about here and can only say that the reviewer needs to get a life. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes come here twice a day, for breakfast and then Chili Dogs for lunch or dinner. And with Summer coming the parking lot car show will start up and the good times will roll again! ?“
