The point of Ichi Sushi is to have a high-quality sushi place that's in the backyard of locals, and for that it doesn't disappoint. I was impressed by friendly service, sound value, and a thoughtful, polished presentation for the sushi plating. All of the rolls had a plentiful serving of fish, and made for an enjoyable experience overall. The place is unassuming, the sushi goes above and beyond with floral-minded creativity.

The sushi here is delicious! The fried rolls are one of the best I’ve had. We got the American Dream Roll, Summer Roll, and Middlesex Roll. All were so good and fresh. The presentation on the plates were so cute too! This is definitely our new sushi spot.

Stopped off to get some sushi time with my daughter everything was really good. Daughter had California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. I had Sushi Tuna Pizza which was pretty tasty except the rice below was not crispy and it was quite mushy, bit it was still tasty.
First time there. Stopped in to pick up a quick lunch. My order was ready before promised. The spicy tuna roll were well filled with delicious tuna with a little rice and a few sesame seeds on the outside -- just like I like. I am definitely coming back with my family. Thank you.

Maybe we ordered on an off night? This was our first time here. We used the online ordering which was easy. Food was ready promptly with pleasant service. That's where the good ended--hence 2 stars. The fish had zero taste. The tuna, salmon, yellowtail all tasted exactly the same..almost as though it was frozen and after thawing had a water taste. The pieces were cut very thick. The yellowtail was chewy. The miso soup was extremely salty (and I love salt). The rice tasted as though the chef over-vinegared it, leaving a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Very disappointed after reading all the great reviews.
