The whole hotel is filthy and unkept. It smells strongly of cigarettes and weed. There is clearly a lot of illegal activity going on here that the staff turn their backs at (prostitution and drugs). There were several people walking around that were clearly on drugs and we saw a blatant exchange of drugs in the corridors where many strange figures were lurking. There were towels under many doors, where people were clearly trying to smoke unnoticed. This hotel also doubles as permanent residency for homeless people/ people on welfare. My partner and I felt incredibly unsafe staying here. If it wasn't for the fact it was midnight and we were trying to find a last minute place to stay, we would have definitely left!! It was the worst hotel experience I could possibly imagine. For your safety, do not stay here! And DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE!!!!

This facility is cheap and easily accessible from I-95. That's where the positives end. The interior/exterior doors were broken smashed and unsecured. The carpets were stained. The "non smoking" hotel all over reeks of smoke. The rooms are barely clean and the bathroom has never been cleaned-- mold and dirt in bathtub. I reached out to management and Agoda-- and Agoda deleted my review and management never replied. Cannot expect a refund. Shameful that the hotel charges for conditions that risk health and safety.

Traveling for business and just needed a few hours to rest. Pulled off 95 South and this location was easy to find; right off the highway. Walked in the lobby and it looked clean, and organized and they had a room. Sure why not. HUGE mistake. There were roaches in the room 208. It says it is no smoking, but it could have fooled me by the stink. The toilet kept running, the shower curtain was broken and the tub has not been clean since installed. The beds were made, but one closer inspection the sheets were not for the beds, as they were too big and for sure poorly washed. I should have walk out, but again on needed a few hours rest as I had to me back home next day. Didn't sleep at old. Did not shower: there was no way in hell I was getting in that nasty tub, but I am glad to report that they left us 1 cup, not sure what for as there was no coffee maker, the microwave was broken and did not turn and the fridge shelves were all rip off. Sleep in your car; you are better off. That place need to be condent, and it is a shame to that city.

This hotel is minimalist in services. The entire first floor smells of greasy food and spices, not mold or mildew. The rugs need to be deep cleaned or better yet replaced. The sheets and the bathroom were clean but the room was shabby. On the first floor we had only a blackout curtain, no gauze curtain. There was no house phone. The towels were the cheapest possible, almost see through. One of the locks on the door was broken off. One would think this would be a modest price, but no. Very over priced
