It's not like before, most of the ice creams were very soft. I asked for one, they had to change it for another and it was in the same condition. I complained and one of the employees already wanted to fight and I had to tell him to lower his voice, another treated me racistly. Apart from the ice creams in bad condition, a lousy service.

Normally I love this place but today I made a special trip just after noon and found the place closed, although it states online that they should be open for business. I am disappointed that I wasted my time. I hope they either update their hours or post a sign if they are closed for some unusual reason.
Avery is a total G man is a fantastic worker and was overly nice. He protected me from a scary dark ice cream and encourages me to get over my fears.

We went for the new Nintendo promotion. Didn't have the cups, which my daughter wanted for her collection. Out of chocolate ice cream. Out of strawberries. Way, way, way overpriced. Cold as a Stone customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Rita's.

Yep, still have to give this place a 1 star. Thought I would give it another try since I was recently gifted a coldstone gift card. The staff is so rude, the establishment is disgusting & the ice cream is melted. My wife called the store after our visit to ask for the managers name to see if it's still under the same management as my last 1 star review, & sure enough it is! This place sucks!!! Go literally anywhere else for ice cream!

Got to your store tonight at 20 to 9 with 2 people serving customers. Then one guy left to do dishes. We waited patiently and at 9 he came out of back and told the couple ahead of us they were the last to be served and the other 5 customers were out of luck. I told the girl he maybe should have helped the customers rather than doing dishes and it was ridiculous not to serve the patiently waiting customers. Her reply was she didn’t want to be there until 11. Totally rude, unprofessional and the worst I’ve ever been treated anywhere.
