Everyone’s had a bad experience at some point with customer service, but this is by far the worst customer service I experienced. I placed an order online to pick up. I double checked the pizza boxes to see if my orders were correct, one pizza was not and ice cold. I addressed it to the cashier who was friendly and understanding. He asked the manager (who was preparing the pizzas) to make another one. Manager was extremely hostile and rude. Clearly showed him on my phone of what I ordered and he told me he will prepare another pizza, but I have to pay for it again. The manager and I kept going back-and-forth explaining to him that He screwed up my order and I am not paying for another pizza. I requested a refund but was not given one. Based off of so many of the same bad reviews, corporate needs to step in. I noticed a lot of people complained about a woman manager who’s terrible with customers also. Both of these people need to be fired.

I keep giving them multiple chances and it sucks every single time! The pan pizza is more expensive for it to be thick and fluffy and crispy when asking for well done. However, it is as thin as a thin crust pizza, chewy dough, not cooked, not crispy. Just horrible every single time. I wish they would just follow the proper recipe and not try to be stingy with their dough so the pizza actually fluffs up as it should! We get it from dominos in Clinton and it’s always perfect. Unfortunately, it’s too far to go to that location. I hope they read these reviews and try to make their pizza better. Properly cooked, using the right amount of dough and not try to be so stingy to save extra dough for horrible reviews!

I when Domino's Pizza in Flemington NJ M size $12.99 I don't my the $$$ the Pizza was not cooked it's was cool like ice when I got home I just ?️ you now the guys looked like ?he not ?? I remember Domino's Pizza was good one tne guys came in USA from India he can't make Pizza ??

They get the order wrong 50% of the time. They also claim to have delivery insurance. What that means is they give you a coupon for 20% off your next order that last 30 days. There is also no option to get the correct item delivered.
Sooo bad. Would give this zero stars if I could. Got notification that food was delivered, even a voice mail that the delivery person was at the door. I open the door no pizza. Try to call back the number, she hangs up. Call her again about a minute and says that she can't come back because she's 9 miles away and to go look at the neighbor's house. What???

This was my first time ordering from the Flemington store and even though I inadvertently put the incorrect house number on my order, my delivery person Nathaniel went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I received my pizza! Thank you so very much for your efforts ... greatly appreciated

I'm disabled and live in an apartment building, delivery guy never delivered over $50 of food. Walid us lazy and I told him he has to use the intercom on the wall to call me to buzz him in and he wouldn't do it. So I never got my food and had to call my bank and argue the charges. Don't use this Dominos ever, You won't get your food.
