There is always this one employee that argues, and denies special requests. Said that lettuce is not aloud to go on the side of sandwhich(refused to put on the side and put it on the sandwhich) also complained about putting the tomatoe on the side. Said he can not switch out a certain ham on the Italian for turkey becaus turkey cost more but didn’t offer to up charge for what we wanted, just said he couldn’t do it. We have asked in the past to purchase a piece of just bread and said we were not aloud to buy just a piece of bread. Other then this one employee which I don’t recall his name, the others are very nice and kind!

Subs are nothing to write home about, and other non-chain sub shops in the area make better sandwiches. The turkey is slimy and wet, like the low end deli meats in the food stores. The quality of the food isn't very good and doesn't look appetizing. They don't even offer sweet peppers. It cost nearly $18.00 for a slimy turkey sub.......not worth it, and will not go back to this particular store. I have been in others, and they seem to be run more efficiently.

I have been going here for a few years. Usually, I come home with a really well-made sub packed full of yummy goodness. But today, I ordered a sub, and it sucked. There was very little meat on it. $18 wasted. Super disappointed.

To start with some of the food looked unfresh, tomatoes looks discolored. Spencer was very unprofessional and borderline rude to me and several other people including fellow employees. I will not be returning to the store because of the unprofessional attitude of the night time employees.

Love the sandwiches! Your frequently can't order online however, because they are short staffed! If u were the owner I would increase salary and work on staff retention! They are sitting on a gold mine that's not being properly mined I my opinion! Last week I stopped at the store in another town,on my way home from work because Flemington wasn't taking online orders. And I thought, as this has been the case on many occasions, the owner must not have any business sense. Or maybe he doesn't care? Whatever the case, great and healthy take out choice, lost my sales of about every 2 weeks,I can't be alone! That being said, prices are great, food is great and if you become a member, which cost nothing, you very frequent discounts!

5 Stars to the three busy, calm and pleasant staff members who handled today's long lunch line like TOTAL pros. They deserve a raise for taking short staffing in stride and getting their customers orders correct with friendly attitudes and precision.
