Placed a pick up order for a 9oz steak and lobster. They might have made a mistake in a hurry. My wife has a habit of weighing her proteins, so, when I brought the meal home she said it looks just like a 6oz steak I've had 2 days ago. I called the place and Suzanne answered I told her the issue and she called Rich (the manager? ) to the phone. He said he's got no way of proving it, and that it's only 6$.I called to report a problem and was made to feel like I'm the one that did something wrong. Rich offered me a $6 refund or an appetizer voucher but was busy and I had to hold. He called me back and I gave him order number We'll see if I get a refund.

The food was great..our waitress was really good..on top of our needs.. a large family came in with small children and one screamed the entire time... Finally someone took her outside... I dont recommend for kids under 10

Great food and great service. We had the Flos filet 6 oz, baby back ribs, and French onion soup. Everything was delicious and prepared expertly. We especially liked the ribs.We unfortunately thought the boneless pork chops were too dry and said that to the waiter. He apologized and took it off our bill.
The filet was great, Brussel sprouts were phenomenal, and the service was great!

The food is ultimately pretty solid and I do quite enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant, more of a rustic vibe. The service in my case was excellent and I only give 4 stars because the food was good, but nothing to write home about.

Longhorn, in my opinion is the best place to go for a top quality steak, and surprisingly good wings. As a carnivore way of eating, it is one of the places I can go and get a big peice of meat and appetizers that are just meat also. The sides go to my wife. I would love to see a no sides option on the menu, as the lixt of carnivore dieters is growing and we would love to get a little love.. :) My only drawback to longhorns is that the booths are connected back to back and if you have a fidgity kid on the other side, you will enjoy a virbrating seat at no additional charge to your meal. and at busy times of day, every longhorns I've ever been in are just loud. BUt GREAT food, always GREAT service and you never had to drive too far to find one.
Can’t rate the food because we called 2 separate times to place a pick up order and no one picks up. The second time we called someone did pick up and asked us to hold - they never came back... disappointing but won’t be trying again.
