Not a bad pizza but nothing to write home about. 10 times better than Chimney Rock across the street. I moved to Flemington in 1984 and there was only one place to get a good pizza pie and now there's at least a half dozen places for great pies (though there are more than that in number of pizzerias). Sinatra ranks up there with one of my favorites. The cheese on our pie was a little off in colors which made it obvious that it was from two different lots, perhaps different manufacturers. Part of it was super yellow and the other was super white. Odd. I will continue to eat here but my all time favorite is still Taste of Naples mainly for their quality of cheese.

Bob and I have been to just about every restaurant in Flemington and beyond! So when he said we were going to Sumatra’s on route 31, I thought oh good the pizzeria. We go there and we’re greeted by Giovanni who runs the place. I said to Bob oh it’s so damn bright in here. So we ordered appetizers bruschetta bread and garlic bread. The bruschetta bread was the very best I have had anywhere and that’s saying a lot. You may say so what so bruschetta bread was good. No it does matter and this was excellent and so was the fresh garlic bread. The chef shows he or she cares. Then came my chicken franchise and the chicken parm and ziti. Well let me tell you everything was excellent. So so good. I feel that at this point I qualified to critique, and this is not a pizzeria, ita a fine Italian food restaurant. Loved it and if you don’t go you are truly missing out. Giovanni said he would tone down the lighting lol. Other than that bon apetit! !!!Soli and Bobby2/8/24.

I really enjoy their pizza. The meat lover pizza was delicious. The counter person was friendly. Our order was finished in a timely fashion. I would continue coming back to them. I dont however like the CC charge fee but that seems to be the trend in this area.

Wish I could give more information. Waited over 2:15 hours for a delivery from a store 10 mins away. Flat out lied to me and told me it was "on the way" for over hour and 15 mins. Won't be ordering from here again with so many great places in town.

Good choice if you are in the Flemington area. If you are totally fixated on avoiding flop be warned, this is not the place for you. It sags pretty deeply. Having said that they manage to get a nice snap on the bottom, which is well baked, and the crust around here edge has a satisfying crunch. The sauce and cheese is plenty good for a standard pizza. Again, not a place you'd drive 30 minutes to get to but a better than average neighborhood pizza joint. Oh, and they have an early week special with a large cheese (cash only) for $12.99. Great deal for some pretty good pizza.

New name and management in a familiar place. I had a large plain cheese pizza - it was a thing of beauty. Just the right amount of edge crust - which was light and doughy, great to eat just as bread. Not too much sauce. Monday and Tuesday specials price for pizza. I will return.
If you haven't tried Sinatra's yet, do yourself a favor and visit. Sinatra's food is delicious!! Try the meatball parm sandwich which is one of the best I've ever had!! We've also had the stuffed shells, spaghetti with meat sauce and others which are amazing.
Good for Pizza. Nice Sicilian and Specialty Pizza. They have Wings.Stay with the Pasta only and Pizza.Homemade balsamic dressing is good.

Brought my family in for dinner. Super impressed by the food. We had pizza that was so good , we ordered a second pie. Pasta dishes were a good portion size, and loaded with flavor. We will be going back as often as we can. My new go to spot in the area.
