“I've been looking for a local, full service coffee shop that roasts their own beans, sells coffee/espresso, as well as offers breakfast and lunch.**This IS that place**I couldn't tell from their website, but the posts I saw on insta showed that they serve food, and I'm happy to report that it tastes as good as it looks!Very friendly staff and accommodating. Although it's currently the middle of December, I wanted a macchiato over ice, which wasn't on their menu, but when I asked they happily said 'of course'.Seems like I'm going to have to sign up for their points system because I can tell I'm going to be back here a whole lot more.I'm particularly interested in sampling their beans, just wish i didn't have to buy an entire bag of beans. Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . “WOW - found this hidden gem as I was craving soup on a snowy day only to realize this place is less than 5 min from me. My favorite soup is Italian wedding and happened to be the day it was being served! I ordered delivery of the soup and Cuban panini and instantly fell in love. I’m excited to see and try all the other soups because this is one of the (if not the best) Cuban panini (with pickles!) and Italian soup I’ve ever had. I look forward to going in person next time!“

“I met a friend for dinner in Boonton and he asked if I've ever been to Boonton Coffee Co. When I said "no" he said "you gotta try this coffee". We walked over and I ordered an iced vanilla latte, just like I've done at Starbucks for well over a decade. Long story short, this place has ruined Starbucks for me. The quality and flavor of their coffee is unmatched. With all due respect to Folgers Freeze Dried coffee, that's what Starbucks now tastes like in comparison. When I went I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the flavors were great it was hot and the cheese was perfectly melty with a to die for biscuit. As my sweet I ordered the cannoli and on the first bite I wanted to cry. The shell was perfectly flaky and crisp, with a creamy, fluffy, and a bit tangy (in the best way possible) filling. The workers despite it being very busy inside were so kind and sweet! My only complaint is to my self and that I don't live closer!! The next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping in.“

The table came with bread and a spread. It was fantastic! We ordered pappardelle bolognese - wow so good! The pasta tasted so fresh! You can tell it was house made. We also ordered a sandwich to split. We packed half of it up, as we were so full. The portions are huge. The Latte of the day was good but the rose/vanilla aspect was very not very pronounced. The other latter was also good. They offer a good variety of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc., The decor was unexpected (graffiti styles) with the name being twisted tulip, but it was a bright fun look. They have stools along a glass window, as will as tables/chairs and a cozy corner with a little couch, and a shelf of books (all very inviting) They also have outdoor seating but there seems to be a lot of construction happening around the building...hopefully it will be done by the time its warm enough to sit outside. “Tasty food with lots of choices for the whole family. We did takeout for 5 items: --Wok Fried Noodles - bouncy and satisfying! --Bao Sampler Platter - Really good, especially with chili oil! This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“

“This place is my favorite go to for great coffee and crepes! I recommend the Du Jour Crepe and the Strawberry & Banana Nutella crepe, they’re my favorites. The italiano sandwich is very delicious! The best is their drinks, I can’t have too much caffeine but their chai latte is one of the best in town. Starbucks makes them too sweet even when I ask less syrup. And other places around town just don’t make them as good, the flavor is always off. The pastries are very good as well! Milly and Christian the owners are so warm and welcoming. There were a few times where we gave constructive criticism and they were very receptive and proactive about it. Most places if I have a bad experience or the food is terrible and I tell the owners about it, they can be immature about it. But not Milly and Christian, they’re very nice about making sure your experience is amazing. The place is small and sometimes there’s not enough room to sit down to eat and chat. “Second time having breakfast here and it was just as good as the first! They have omelettes eggs, french toast pancakes. All the standard breakfast stuff. They're blueberry pancakes are some of the freshest I've ever had. Today I had one of their specials which were brownie pancakes they were little pieces of homemade brownie mixed in with the batter. Then they were very good. They don't have cold brew but they're regular. Ice coffee is some of the best I've ever tasted. The manager is sweet. She runs the cafe. Takes all the orders and interacts with the customers. I had breakfast with my father and sometimes he can be a pain. They didn't have expresso but she allowed him to come in with a cup of coffee from the outside which I was embarrassed by but it was very nice of her to allow .She's very friendly and outgoing. This will definitely be one of my new frequent places to visit.“

The drink menu is creative with seasonal specials as well a milieu of regular caffeine requests. I opted for an iced vanilla cinnamon latte. Eventhough the weather is getting chilly, it's impossible for me to transition to hot coffee just yet so no judgement, thank you! Espresso was quality and the tres leches donut was a dream. To balance, I split a turkey and cheese croissant with my partner. It was brought warm, cheesy melted, was especially comforting. Service was stealth and kind. They took the order thoughtfully and my items were ready in less than 5 minutes. All came deliciously prepared. There was decent seating while people were studying and chatting, a great space to rest and relax with good seating for those who are disabled or in chronic pain too. My visit was practically perfect, but the prices are steep with $6+ for a small latte. If you need any coffee accountrements like filters, pour over materials, fredh espresso beans, this is also a great spot.“

I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!“
