Excellent! So many different salads to choose from. What a wonderful place. This is how we all need to be eating. Close down all those unhealthy fast food joints.

Usually this location is great. Today a young woman working there tonight was so stingy on all the chicken. One small scoop. I go here often no one else gives that little. She also put in the wrong ingredients when I wasn’t paying attention. She handled the food as if she was disgusted by everything.

Tasty salad spot with a decent amount of options and very good sized portions. They sell warm rice bowls, as well as salads, wraps, and a small assortment of drinks. The salads come with a slice of bread (very good). They offer free water (in a cup) which is a nice option since the bottles drinks are pricey. There's lots of seating and this location seems to never be full. The place is clean and bright, bathrooms are well kept and staff is friendly.Vegetarian options: It's salad...you have the option to skip chicken. :)Parking: Lots

Walked in to a completely empty store- with three employees visible behind the counter. Stood there with my son for approx 5-6 minutes with zero acknowledgment from any employee. An Uber eat driver came in after us and the one woman at the register asked him if he needed help and he motioned to us as if to say I’m after them, and said he was just picking up. They gave him the pick up order and continued to ignore us standing there. Again, completely empty Not a single person in there. The young gentleman was making a salad but the other two women were chatting amongst themselves and never even acknowledged our presence. After a solid 5-6 min (maybe longer) we just walked out. Not sure how this happens considering they were not busy, making orders (except for the young kid). Customer service was poor to say the least. I even looked at the camera since it recorded us just standing there like we were invisible.

First off, I love Chopt. However, i came in today to order Classic Cobb. The server left out the grilled chicken from my salad. For $13.99 and no chicken, that was pretty steep. I just hope this was a one-off.

This place really isn't worth it at all. The quality is not good, the toppings are not fresh, and the salad combinations are mediocre at best. If you're in a pinch and need a salad, don't go here.

Disappointed. They left out ingredients in my salad and forgot the chips that I paid for. Also, do they not chop salads anymore?
Lately been messing up my orders I specifically asked for extra salad dressing and they put literally no dressing on the salad very disappointing

I love the food here, it’s always delicious. I usually order my food to go, but the store in Florham Park, NJ is always clean and the employees always have a friendly attitude when interacting with customers. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to go to Chopt and enjoy the food and restaurant.
