The staff were attentive and very helpful. Setting has nice seating with booths in mist areas. The food was prepared well, but portions have seemed to have shrunk a bit.

Overpriced. Barely any meat is put on sandwiches. Today I received a sandwich with no meat. Just tomato and lettuce. Smh.

Good service and fairly busy and loud during lunch. If you've been to one Panera bread then you probably know the food. It was ok

This is a great Panera :-) they have very friendly staff who are always more than happy to accommodate anything a customer wants. I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!

Panera is a weekly must go. Usually go to the West Orange but decided to go to the Florham Park location where new employee Marlo was training. He was amazing and friendly and very helpful. Saw him help an elderly gentleman needed help. Only suggestion was that the cashier pay more attention since I needed to repeat my order twice and it was still wrong.

This is the worst location in NJ. Starting with the front door is always dirty and covered with fingerprints. The handles look like they haven't ever been cleaned. The interior also dirty. Frequently the coffee is out and missing cups. The manager Elisa is extremely rude. I work locally and find myself going to East Hanover instead.

The barista does not wear gloves. And the cashier does not wear a hairnet. I'm not going to be going to this location again. I am a food service worker. And I know about food safety. I always wear gloves when handling any food or drink items. And I think that it should be part of Paneras policy that everyone that comes in contact with food or drinks, wear gloves and hairnets.

Quick kiosk orders, ordering from an actual person is a hit or miss with the customer service. The paper straws are annoying and prefer the plastic ones or at least sell reusable straws so it'll be convenient for others.

This Panera has good food and is spacious. The only issue is on a rare occasion something will be missing from my order.
