Martini fountain was awesome. the venue is a luxury design, very fairytailish! one thing, dinner was served cold. none of us finished it. advice find a warming station so meals arrive fresh and warm. otherwise a great place!

Sharing a message I sent to the GM of The Park Savoy because I was that impressed with how perfect my wedding was:From the very beginning of this process back in 2022 to the day of the wedding, we were treated with such thought and care. For two whole years, Johanna was timely, responsive, courteous and super helpful on every email exchange and every phone call. The night before the wedding and on the day of, our Maitre' D, Jessica, was our guiding light. She made us feel so comfortable and cared for, and as someone who is quite the perfectionist, I felt confident enough in her hands to completely let go and enjoy the day trusting that she had me covered and she did! She listened to and advocated for all of my requests and I can't thank her enough for such a seamless, flawless day.I would also like to sing the praises of our bridal attendants, Danielle, Inez and Maya. I cannot say enough good things about these three. They were always just a step behind us the entire day and anticipated our needs before we knew we needed them. They kept us hydrated and fed, they kept us on time and they kept my dress in pristine condition as I walked the grounds on a rainy day. They remained calm which allowed us to remain calm, but even more important to me was that they created a comfortability that made us feel like we were spending the day with old friends we had known for years. I was so sad saying goodbye to each of them at the end of the night because they were such a vital part of the most intimate day of our lives that they feel like family at this point! Even my parents cannot stop raving about the level of service and comfort they felt and the way they were treated like royalty from 7:30am until midnight.I'd also like to give a shout out to one of our servers, Quazy, who took note of where my husband's grandparents were sitting and went out of his way to make sure they were taken care of. We had multiple people come up to us and compliment his service.We had the most magical, beautiful day of our lives and it is all because of the hard work, dedication and positivity of all the people we mentioned above. It is hard to put together a team where all members are not only equally good at their jobs, but also approach their jobs with genuine care and enthusiasm. Now when people say The Park Savoy is a well-oiled machine, we know what they mean! You've got this down to a science. I will encourage everyone I know to get married here because now I am just dying to attend a PS event as a guest!Thank you again for everything. We had the time of our lives.

From the moment of our first greeting in the morning to the last goodbye of the day, the entire staff at The Park Savoy were nothing but amazing professionals!Each person knew their role, anticipated our needs and exceeded expectations! The staff helped support an amazing event and we could not be happier with their service, the delicious variety of food in their cocktail hour and the beauty of the chapel and facility. First off I am a DJ. So of course, I would be super critical of a venue that my Daughter and her fiance chose to get married at.Hands down, this place was above and beyond every step of the way. From 7:30am until midnight, there was someone helping you, every step of the way.No exaggeration, every staff member young or old did their job professionally and without attitude. Im 50 years old and have lived long enough to know that it's almost impossible to have everyone on the same page at such a large event. I don't know if all of the stars aligned on this day, but it was absolutely prefect.

Everyone we worked with was so warm, welcoming, professional, and kind! Not only are the grounds, venue, and chapel gorgeous, but the food will exceed your expectations! Our guest have not stopped telling us how amazing the food (cocktail hour, entrees, desserts), service, and staff were. The bridal assistants, wedding coordinators, maitre' D pay attention to every detail! You will be over the moon if you book your wedding at The Park Savoy Estate. They really treat you like family or should I say royalty! The best around! I hope we have a wedding to attend here soon, because it is OUTSTANDING!

This is NOT your place if your are Hispanic!!! Let me start by saying I feel very discriminate by this place. I book this venue full of joy and hope as this was my dream wedding. I book very good vendors, each one of my vendors were top. however, this place promise me many things that were not delivery. 1) I got ready at the venue and the food giving was minimal. I asked for french fries and they were denied to me. 2) I had to pay for coordinator fee that did nothing. I thank God I had my own coordinator. she was not with me the entire night and only came to see me to asked me about my dinner option thats about it 3) I paid for an extra hour including alcohol and they closed the bars and were giving soda to my guest. 4) during the entire wedding I request a specify liquor and it was not provided. I as the bride went to the bar to get it and it was denied to me (I have emails that can proof that I request those and it says granted by the manager prior the event) 5) my husband asked to see the manager when he found out about the bars being closed and nobody show up. 5) after the wedding guest told me that servers were giving attitude and throwing the plates on the table. the bartenders were rude. After the wedding I went directly to the Park Savoy to tell them about my experience and they seem not to care. I feel this place is very racist and if you pay closed attention to their website and social media pages you can see it. Overall, the food is good and the venue is beautiful. However, I fell discriminate and I paid for services that were not delivery.

Our daughter's wedding took place in August of 2023. This was the dream wedding of the year. The setting has charm with beautiful manicured grounds to perfection. The outside and the inside blend and give this venue a touch of Europe. The food was an excellent blend of specialty dishes for the cocktail hour and a wonderful array of deserts in the Viennese hour. The staff was marvelous and attentive to every detail, needs and wants. We have received nothing but wonderful comments from our guests and only regret that it had to end. We delightfully recommend "Park Savoy State" for your unforgettable event just as ours will be unforgettable for each and every one of us.
