Let me just say that was the worst bbq food I’ve had.The pork ribs were absolutely disgusting not even seasoned and the fries were Awful no seasoning and no salt.I will never be going back to Fords bbq.

First time ordering from here and the food was great. I will certainly be ordering here from now on.
So I stumbled on this place and decided to try it because I was starving. I must say the gentleman that helped me had excellent customer service skills, was funny, courteous and helpful, the food came out pretty quickly, the environment and was clean but more importantly the food was great. Definitely would recommend it and would be ordering from here more often. The only thing i would change is having Portuguese rolls instead of sliced bread.

I would prefer boneless chicken. I do not like the way they cut the chicken with a piece of bone in every bite. The beef picadinho would be better without the sauce. Picadino without sauce. Chicken croquettas are good and so are the ribs.

An unassuming restaurant with good service, fantastic food, at a reasonable price!100% recommend if you want a delicious meal.
Ordered 1/2 grilled chicken breast rice and fries. Food is great. But the guy working the front makes it seem like you are causing an inconvenience to the place while ordering… he needs a lesson in customer service there is no reason to be rude and passive aggressive towards a paying customer.

My husband and I have come here a couple times now and we love it!The owners are so kind and always make conversation and as for staff the two girls that work there are sweet and patient.I recommend this place to everyone!
Mika was bubbly and very inviting. Really they type of person you want to interact with when you are ordering a meal. Food was done to order but it was sooo good. Will definitely going back next time I’m in town.
This was my very first time here. Everyone on the staff has been great except Luis the guy at the front doing the register. He was very rude. He acts like you can’t ask a question about the food ordered that is written in another language that I do not understand. I had to ask Xenia (who was amazing by the way for her understanding and patience.) For a first impression this was horrible on his part. I am a business owner down the street who just moved in the area and was looking forward to come here as a choice and for my team… Please explain to him how to communicate with people. Hopefully I do enjoy the food.

Wings were good I do recommend them. Luis at the checkout counter could do a better job instead of being arrogant and throwing off attitude. I was ready to pay the check and still he continued taking order on phone when his other associates had to interrupt him and tell him to take payment of the customer standing in front of him instead of ignoring!!
