I had a great Chaufa here. The owner was nice and was able to understand the misunderstanding of our order. And made sure we had the right order. This is definitely more authentic with their authenticy with Peruvian food. My mother had the lomo and was great and the quantity of food for the price matches the quality of food.

I say it how it is, the food is not good, or fresh. I've been to other peruvian restaurants and Punto Peruano was the worst. Has potential to do better, but it doesn't at the same time.

We got the Punto Parrillada and it was the worst parrillada I have ever eaten. The meat had no flavor and it seemed like it was just tossed on the grill without anything. The corn was hard and needed to be cooked more. I also ordered the Arroz Chaufa de Marisco and it was also mediocre. The rice and seasoning they used tasted sweet and not like any chaufa I had ever tasted. I'm giving 2 stars because the service was pretty quick when I picked up the food. I hope they imrpove their sazon.

I love the chaufa al punto and even though from the outside it doesn't look it the place is actually really nice. The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars it's because I haven't tried other dishes but can't wait to try them.

Amazing food, even for takeout. I've eaten once indoors before, delicious food and great service. The restaurant is beautiful, well designed and great ambiance. I've also more recently taken out for Father's Day and everyone enjoyed the fresh and savory meals... this is a hidden treasure in Fords and I hope it will continue to thrive. Just wishing that it can serve sangria and other liquor soon!

The girl who answers the phone is so rude and always screws up the order. When this happens they say there's nothing they can do about it, even if you have allergies and you're left with a ton of food that is now useless. They honestly need to get rid of her. The guy who answers sometimes is pleasant and accommodating. They're a little pricey compared to the other Peruvian restaurants in the area. Overall good tasting food with reasonable delivery/pickup time ... when the order is correct. If you want to make sure the order is correct just go in person and order. Make sure you speak slowly. If you order online and have special dietary instructions, make sure you call and let them know again once the order is placed, preferably in Spanish. Then spin around three times and throw some holy water. After this, you have about a 30% chance of the order arriving correctly. Good luck !
