I ordered a good part if my Thanksgiving dinner from BCC. Let me say my husband hates turkey and he devoured their's. They were also wonderful with problem resolution. There was one mix up on the order and their staff went out of their way on Thanksgiving to correct it. Great job BCC thank you
What do you do when your having your husbands 70th party at your house with 36 guests,,,CALL BLUE COLLAR CATERING...go to the menu decide...call Karen, go over the menu, she gives great recommendations on party planning times, if you need a server, that's so you can entertain your friends without worrying about setting up and cleaning up(at a fair additional charge) we had our server for 5 hours..what a game changer.
