Every dish we ordered was amazing and came out piping hot. It was extremely hard to flag down a server to help us with other requests other than ordering dim sum, but that was as expected.

The food is great. I wouldn't recommend the scallion pancakes or coming on a Sunday. Too crowded.

Had a nice time visiting this spot for the first time. The restaurant is almost "interactive" which I like. Servers go around with carts of food off the menu and you can basically pick what youd like off the cart. They then mark what you've selected. All food came nice and warm and the servers were kind. I tried mostly shrimp options. Enjoyed all! We tried tripe which I did not like, but I don't like triple at all. Oops. Would definitely come back!

There is a bit of a wait. What does it taste like? Makes me homesick for when I went to Hong Kong.So it was stir-fried ham and japchae.

I went for dim sum Sunday lunch time around 11:30am. It was a full house and we had to wait about half an hour for seats. It was super hectic in there with people passing by and groups of families waiting. I went with a group of friends and we got to try most of the dim sum. We had a variety of dumplings to share and the ladies with carts came by often. After a while, I didn't really know what I was tasting anymore because everything tasted the same. I thought the food was average. We ordered clams and Chinese broccoli-from the regular menu. We also had the dessert sesame red bean doughnuts and the custard buns- it wasn't really sweet and not much filling. Overall. The price was $30-40 per person including tip, I thought it was a bit overrated. There was nothing that truly stood out to me- I might just take out chicken feet next time because I can't find that elsewhere. I had a stomachache afterwards so that ruined my experience even more :(

Gave Aquarius a try on a Wednesday night. Bright and modern vibe. Waitress was very nice and gave us good advice. The Peking duck, cold cucumber appetizer, and snow pea leaves were quite good. Didn't care for the dumplings or sizzling beef entree as much. Probably should have tried fish entrees.

Update: They really improved service and food. Reserved through app, arrived on time and was seated quickly. Dim sum carts are really good, the only kind you can get around the

We really wanted to like this place, but our experience was not good at all. They stuck us in a back room that looks like storage right by the kitchen and surrounded by busing station. It was dirty and not guest friendly. It’s busy, we’re a big group, fine. But we were ignored. I had to flag someone down to get either the dim sum cart or a server to order anything. It’s Sunday, I understand but don’t put people in the back and not give them food or service. They just opened. We had a reservation and all servers seemed pissed off already. Food was eh. I’ve had much better dim sum. We couldn’t get chopsticks, drinks, the dipping saucer etc. had to keep asking. We never got water. It wasn’t a good experience specially for what we paid.Not. Worth. It. Will not be coming back

The only real dim-sum place in town so it is always busy over the weekend. The dishes were average in quality and it seemed many of those premade and then steamed. The service was adequate and efficient. Nice decor and overall a decent place to go if you crave for dim-sum.

We had our lunar new year dinner here and had the new year menu that included lobsters, scallops, whole fish, dim sum, and 8 other dishes. Everting was really delicious! The place was packed and crowded and noisy that it was difficult to hear our conversations. We were also rushed to finish our meals. I would come here again when it’s less crowded.
